I have stayed here a few times.
Great location, staff are friendly and inviting.
Rooms are very very clean, and warm in the colder months.
I like the fact they have a towel warmer in the bathroom which is a nice touch.
Hanging space for your clothing.
Tea and coffee making facilities in
the rooms too.

I heard that breakfast is great,

Oh and parking to the rear.

Went to The Elmer for dinner. Pleasant surroundings, clean, good spacing between tables and very friendly attentive staff. The menu offers plenty of choice and is good quality “home cooked” fayre. at a reasonable price. Overall a very pleasant experience which we shall repeat. Thank you to all concerned.

We had my mother’s Wake at the Elmer, and we had the restaurant area to ourselves. I have to say the staff were superb, very friendly and tentative on the day. I cannot fault them. The buffet was also very good and just what we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good food, very reasonable prices. Clearly a popular place, but not crowded nor noisy. Good facilities. All-round excellent. Wi-fi was a bit iffy, but acceptable; could be improved, I think. Will definitely stay again, when next in the area.

Staff can't do enough to help you, rooms are clean and a good size. Great location, I stayed for Goodwood Revival and it's 20 minutes from the circuit. Will be back next year!

My son and I stayed the night after driving a long way to visit Chichester Uni open day and not wanting to drive back in the same day. The pub was very easy to find from the university. The staff were wonderfully friendly and very welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was good with generous portions. Prices were very reasonable. It was a hot day but the fan in the room cooled it down well. We could hear music from the pub downstairs but we expected to on a Saturday night, and we found it wasn't as loud as we were expecting. Parking was a little tight, but it was manageable. Would visit again.
