We stayed here for four nights and regretted it the moment we walked in. Filthy carpets throughout, smelt terrible.Very out dated, old furniture, utilty doors left open with cleaning chemicals in view. Doors filthy, walls had stains on them. The windows in the dining area were covered in muck. The only good thing about this hotel ,was David, who did a lovely breakfast and was very polite and helpful, and appeared to be doing 3 peoples jobs on his own.I would never go back here.

This was a last minute booking as needed somewhere to stay for the night in Yarmouth.||On arrival we were greeted by a friendly chap and taken to our room, it was a fair size with on suit.|When having a closer look there was a few hairs in the bath. I took a shower and not very powerful, I think anyone with long hair would struggle to rinse the shampoo out.|However we had a great night's sleep.||Got up in the morning made us both a coffee and I put milk in mine from 2 small cartons, it tasted a bit funny and after a few mouth fulls I noticed the milk in the cup was more like cottage cheese.||Went for breakfast as this was included, we were offered Cereal, toast, full English and a pot of tea or coffee. We chose the cornflakes as the other options were a few months out of date.||The full English breakfast and coffee went down well.||

This hotel is rated as a two star. We enjoyed our stay. The front of house staff are polite and mannerly. We arrived early and they put our luggage in a safe place for us until it was time to go to our room at 3pm.The ladies in the dining restaurant lovely and mannerly. The chief makes the best scrambled eggs, nice and fluffy. And one gets a big portion of them. This hotel is dated but we were happy to stay there.

Stayed here overnight on Saturday 6th Aug. Only booked it the night before as we made last minute plans. Main attraction was the free parking, however, unless you arrive at the crack of dawn you'll be lucky to get parked anywhere outside the hotel. We parked 2 streets away and it was a short walk but we did worry about our car not being visible to us.||The hotel itself is very big. Our room was small and very dated, none of the furniture matched and it could have done with a lick of paint but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful.||Always looking for value for money places to stay and this one ticked the boxes.
