Great value for money - beds/duvets/pillows all very comfortable. Nice decor, lots of easy parking and a fab location.

On check in they gave me a print out of local eateries and spent time going through the list to give me a better feel for each. A really nice touch!

Breakfast was a solid 9/10 - full English with a small buffet to help yourself from. Orange juice was actually fresh. Only let down was the tea not being hot but a minor point.

Only stayed over night, but the staff were really helpful & friendly. They went out of their way to help us check in early to be in time to freshen up & get changed for a funeral. Super friendly staff, attentive & helpful. Only a one very small thing. The room was cold when we got there & didn't really get warm. But that was not the case for other rooms, our friends did they were great. Thank you & would stay again.

It started with a lovely warm welcome when the lady opened the door and the place was so lovely decorated with lots of plants and wonderful things dotted around and so tastefully decorated. The room was lovely with a double bed and not a single.|In the morning breakfast was stunning with excellent service. All the staff so friendly.|Definitely would recommend this bed and breakfast it was outstanding.

A thoroughly lovely hotel. From the welcoming greeting you receive when you get there to when you leave. Beautiful room with everything you need in there. Lovely soft towels and hospitality tray. Breakfast was one of the best, wide choice of everything you require. Best bread selection and quality we had for years. Service with smile every morning.|Plenty of parking and we wish we had time to try out BLOOMS (cafe at back of hotel) but unfortunately things didn't go as planned so had to skip it - maybe next time.

Our 2nd visit here and was impressed with the refurbishment of some parts of this hotel. The new dining room was spacious and modern. Plus the gym was a great addition. The breakfast is always perfectly cooked and prepared by Marcella. The breakfast ladies Margaret, Aimee and Katie always gave good customer service. Very professional and attentive. Will probably return next year.

Had to visit Emsworth for the saddest of occasions and chose this hotel over local overpriced, unappealing airbnbs. The room was perfectly lovely, and the staff were very accommodating and so kind, knowing why I was there. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I thought the rooms were a little bit poky and could maybe have done with more of a refurb. Shower in my room struggled to spark into life. Good location and excellent cooked breakfasts were the highlights. Would have no qualms staying here again, but lacked the wow factor.

Excellent in all respects with the highlight being the on-site fitness suite. Lots of off-road parking, excellent breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. Be aware that this is a very warm hotel so you will probably need to open the window in your room.
