I had a deluxe massage booked as a treat, anyway Samira did the massage for me and the least I can say about that, she was Amazing!
She asked couple of questions at the beginning to know how to work the massage as I need. Very thorough massage and relaxing. I had a nap when she was doing the scalp massage 😅
She gave me good notes after she done to make sure I really get the best of the experience. Samira is highly recommended xx

Had a lovely pedicure and manicure from Chloe Ann, who is lovely. I have been to the salon a few times and think it is fab. Unfortunately the experience this time was ruined by the shocking rudeness of the receptionist.

Firstly she seemed annoyed that I was not getting a gel polish and said my nails would take longer to dry and did I have flip flops with me which I did. She also got me to pay the balance for my treatments before I had them.

I arrived early and was kept waiting for my appointment by at least 10 mins, which did not bother me but it seemed to have a knock on effect with the salon closing at 6pm.

My toenails were still damp at 5.50pm and Chloe Ann told me to wait 5 mins. The receptionist confronted me rudely and said we close at 6pm, I told her I was told to wait 5 minutes and she stormed away and came back with drying polish and rudely told Chloe Ann to use this and said she told her to use this before. She proceeded to ask if I had a car outside and to leave now. I was so embarrassed for Chloe Ann.

Unfortunately you have lost me as a customer and a few friends N family who were going to come for spa packages in January. Gutted that I need to find somewhere new. I think your receptionist needs some training on customer service before you lose any more custom you have a great business.

Delighted with my nails by Emma today. Listened, checked her understanding and did what was asked. First visit, lovely experience and will be back. (Damaged, brittle nails, v. short and now look presentable!!!)

Firsly, the girl who done my nails was lovely but rushed way too much with my nails.

My nails lasted 5 days before the gel and builder was peeling and catching everything, causing my nails to become damaged and really sore. I had to get them redone but why would I go somewhere that damaged them in the first place?

Told by the person on email that Roslyn, the owner, refuses to give refunds to customers who aren't happy with the service... Only to backtrack and say they didn't even speak to Roslyn as she wasn't in the business nor works there... Explain?

When emailing, the person was unbelievably rude to me. Never experienced such an awful service in all of my life! Terrible service, rude and cheeky staff, and now I'm stuck with nails that are damaged and had to get them filed down to remove as much damage as possible but I've now got a lot of work to do to get them healthy again.

I've worked for a year to get my nails back to a healthy state and since visiting essence, I'm back to square one with damaged and sore nails!

WASTE OF MONEY!

Go to essence at your own risk - I certainly will NOT be returning!
