We stopped for 2 nights in The exchange in the rooms above the bar which though I was abit concerned about noise levels was actually pretty quiet. The room was clean and cosy! The reception which conveniently is also a bar 'The Doghouse' was brilliant 👏, service was lovely all staff seemed Happy and was chatting away with us. Though we couldn't park onside we used a public car park which was free over the weekend anyway and only a 2minuet walk. This place has alot to offer within its 2 bars and two restaurants. We will be back next time we need a hotel in North Lincolnshire!

The room itself was nicely appointed, however it was a freezing 10 deg when I entered, the bathroom is heated by a very small towel radiator, which with a concrete floor doesn’t warm up. Only managed to get the room up to 16 deg by 11.30pm, so wouldn’t recommend staying there in the colder months. The power of the shower was very poor, which isn’t ideal in a freezing cold bathroom. The heating must have been off for some time for the room to be that cold, pretty poor.

Room was in the courtyard so very noisy at night. Comfy bed, basic facilities, stayed for 2 nights . The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. If you are of a larger size you will struggle to use the facilities. The Italian restaurant was lovely as was breakfast in the morning. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. The car park is tiny we managed to get the last space you can literally park 8 cars and that's it.

We stayed on 19th July for 2 nights. This was our 3rd stay at this property. I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff, especially the lovely friendly blonde lady who is always on duty, and seems to do absolutely everything with a smile. Also the security lady who served our late night drinks and then our lovely breakfast, the staff work so hard. I hope that management appreciate their hard work and loyalty! The new sports bar is great, again the bar staff in this area were polite and friendly. The gentleman who sorted out the TV to show F1 was very accommodating.|Could I suggest to the Hotel management to consider some sort of loyalty program for repeat guests.

Really clean and comfortable rooms, I don't know what mattresses they are but I want one. Had dinner in lascito brilliant food and nice vibe. Attentive staff. Breakfast in The Doghouse was lovely and the guest discount went down very well. Look forward to returning when the sports bar opens.

I've been staying at The Exchange for several weeks with work. The choices of bars and restaurants onsite is Brilliant. Though it can get busy during weekends and during football its still been a comfortable place to stay. The staff have been very welcoming, I'd be back on a leisure trip too.

Newly refurbished and under new management from the last time we stayed, a few years ago. We had a really nice stay this time around. The new owners have done a lovely job renovating the rooms in the courtyard and the adjoining Doghouse pub is a really friendly bar with great food on offer. The weekly pub quiz is free to join and was great fun! Great facilities and a good room price. WiFi was OK but kept having to reconnect so maybe not so good if you were working. Very happy to recommend.
