😊: Clean and quiet in a reasonable location. The check in was quick. I asked for some ice for a cold drink and the guy just said no we don't have any! I am sure he must have a freezer in his place? I was just wanting a bed and shower, the bed was ok and clean the shower was useless. No pressure and cold!.

😊: Nice and comfy bed, small desk and chair was provided. Kettle, cups and tea and coffee was provided as well as towels.
Very nice cooked breakfast and the proprietor was very helpful..
😢: The en-suite was a little cramped, I couldn't sit down on the toilet so I had to use the shared toilet..

😊: The room was pleasant with a window I was able to open.
😢: The room was at the 2nd floor attic and there's no lift...the location is a bit out of the way..there's a train station a few hundred yards and local bus which runs irregular about once a hour and stops running by 8pm....there's no local shopping within a 25minute walk.

Very good and honest owner. I’ll definitely recommend and book again for my family or friends visiting Nottingham. The location is nice as well.

I booked a room last minute for someone else but they didn’t need it in the end. After communicating with the owner, he kindly accommodated my cancellation request without any charge even though it was non-refundable when I booked it.

Lovely place to stay, I love the quaintness of the place, not a speck of dust insight, one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Staff are genuine and so willing to make you feel welcome nothing is too much for them. Breakfast is a must. The mattress was very comfortable it felt like new.

Stayed in the family room this weekend. Lovely room with a kitchenette, large bathroom and large bedroom. Decor a little dated but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb. Full English and toast. Choice of cereal if wanted. Close to the train station if you want to go into the city. Will definatey stay again when next visiting family.
