Delightful converted barn s/c accommodation. Warm, comfortable and quiet, an ideal base to add many miles to the Offa's Dyke Path, Churchtown to Llangollen.
Excellent facilities throughout.

Stayed here for 2 nights and a friend joined too and must say what a lovely house and friendly welcome from Sandra we had too. Very big rooms, with lovely views, everything you needed. Bed was so comfortable. Peaceful setting with georgeous gardens. Rebecca and Sandra made breakfast and very yummy, recommend the scrambled egg never tasted scrambled as delicious as this. Full English will not disappoint you either, all very good. ||We would like to thank Sandra, Alan and Rebecca and family for looking after us so very well and wished it could of been longer. Thank you Sandra for showing us round your self catering barn too which was also amazing.||Jeanette, Kevin & Gerry

We had a lovely welcome from Sandra and Rebecca. The room was charming, with a lovely view, comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean, very reassuring for an elderly at risk couple just out of lockdown! By the time we left we had met Alan and Julian too, and the whole family made us feel very much at home. There was one other couple who were guests but we weren't made aware of anyone else at all in the building, so there was plenty of space for distancing. We enjoyed a delicious and perfectly cooked breakfast and, after lingering over more chats (about music!) in the hall we eventually dragged ourselves away, though at no time were we made to feel hurried. The card payment went smoothly - a new system I think. Thank you to all and we hope to come again.

I arrived Saturday evening on my way to pick my son up from university in Aberystwyth. Easy place to find. Rebecca was very welcoming and was very clear on the necessary Covid requirements. |The room was clean, comfortable and had all you would need either as a B&B or self catering. |I was told how close the nearest Co-op was if I needed to get anything as obviously at the moment they could not provide any evening meal. |Breakfast was exactly as ordered and very tasty. The local bacon was great. |With the current situation it would have been nice to sit outside for breakfast but unfortunately the weather was against it. |If the opportunity arises I will definitely stay again. It is a little gem of an accommodation.

Stayed at 'The Farm' for one night back in August. The room was clean, large and bright with a lovely view looking over the garden. Bishops Castle was just 3 miles away along the country lanes with 2 or 3 good places to eat. I had a great nights sleep,( so peaceful) followed by a super breakfast with some of the tastiest bacon I have had in years. Service was excellent and the hosts were very welcoming. Excellent value for money. Well worth making the slight diversion off the A49 for.

Me and my family stayed here and was treated very rudely by Sandra..we felt uncomfortable, patronised and badly treated. The room was cold, half a toilet roll for a whole weekend, dated furniture and just generally unwelcoming, not like any other b&b we've stayed in before. The house is full of character and a nice area but the place should not be a 4 star at all! The host Alan was very friendly and nice, the hostess was the opposite for some reason she did not like us..I noticed she treated other guests differently who were older. I won't be returning here again I'm afraid.

Stayed for one night and chose the B&B due to proximity to nearby Churchstoke, and we were very happy with the stay. Lovely warm welcome from the hosts. Clean, huge rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Beautiful house in a peaceful location. We hope to revisit in the future.

I spent 3 nights at The Farm for a walking weekend. ||||I stayed in the Garden Room which is a ground floor double room with en-suite wet room and has its' own separate access outside of the main house. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay.||||Breakfast was very good and set me up perfectly for my walking exertions.||||The owners Alan & Sandra and their daughter were perfect hosts. I even got a lift down to the local pub to avoid me having to drive.||||Would definitely recommend.
