We had an amazing stay at the Farmhouse B&B, everything was perfect: the room itself, the bed, the quiet and peaceful area, the delicious breakfast table prepared by Theresa. We just loved it and it was such a nice stay at the end of our holidays. Hope to come back soon 🙂

Wow! Where to start? We loved the location, close enough to restaurants for dinner but away from the hustle and bustle in scenic countryside.|Theresa is a warm and welcoming hostess who put a lot of effort into making our stay comfortable and special. |The house has been beautifully and sensitively restored and decorated with taste. There are two gorgeous sitting rooms available for guests with a decanter of whisky and glasses provided in the library.|Breakfast was wonderful - plenty of interesting and delicious choices all beautifully prepared. It shows that her husband is a chef and that she understands quality food and presentation. Everything was beautifully presented and the fruit was exceptional quality. The haggis was the best we have had and porridge with homemade fruit compote was delicious.|The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a large shower with very good water pressure.|We thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Stayed 4 nights recently, working in the area...
Loved the place. We were not typical guests, work is not a holiday, but the place is so well set up and welcoming that the evenings, and the breakfasts, at least, felt like a holiday.
I / We spend several weeks a year in digs and being somwhere comfortable makes so much of a difference. Food was great, service was even better. We litterally couldnt have asked for anything more. Case in point... Breakfast preorder, which we 'should' have filled in each evening allowed for multiples and omissions of items... Cool. On day two we failed, after a long work day, to submit a request, Terrisa came and found us, outside having a galsss of wine, and was happy to go with the prevoius days request, then added a couple of items she had that she though we might enjoy, and we did. Superb... Will be going back next time we are working in the area, even if that involves a little more travle, it will be well worth the time to stay somwhere so comfortable and accomodaying. Lots of attentive little stuff you just dont get oftern... 'T' moved a few bottles of beer we had left out, to a cool cupboard, one unusually warm day, and then made sure to bring them back out, cool, when we arrived back in the evening!
Above and beyond on every level... Highly recomend!

A beautiful B&B set in woodland in stunning Dunkeld countryside.||Greeted by owner Teresa who quite clearly prides herself on showing off the house. Lovely bedroom with v comfortable bed and spacious bathroom en suite. The sitting room had a decanter of whisky which was generously offered on a help yourself basis. Done!||But wait until breakfast! All locally sourced food presented in a dining room set with silver.||I wish we could have stayed longer, but Sutherland beckoned. We will definitely be back one day …..

We had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful location, stunning home, even better hostess. Theresa was a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was delicious. She gave us some recommendations of routes to take and places to see that were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. We were biking the Rob Roy Way and this was the end of Day 2. Theresa was lovely and welcoming. The Farmhouse is amazing. Big bedroom, use of the lounge and Reading rooms as well as seating outside. Secure space for our bikes. Breakfast was very good quality and we even had a wee dram o whiskey thrown in at night. Theresa made us up a mean charcuterie board on arrival also. If I'm in that neck of the woods again I'd definitely stay there. 10/10
