Our first visit, definitely won't be our last! The cooked breakfast and pancakes were lovely. Dog friendly and no problem with having a puppy who doesn't sit still!

I don't understand why no one mentioned that you have to wait for half an hour for an English breakfast when the kitchen is fully staffed. I can see every table has been bored of waiting for their food after finishing the drinks served initially. Waitress didn't give heads up or apologies at all.
Extremely slow service and average-quality food. Nice place and setup though.
Ordered English breakfast and eggs royale.

Food was excellent, fairly priced. The smoothie was excellent. Service friendly if a little slow considering how quiet it was. Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

I have been here many times, but after my recent experience, it’s unlikely I’ll return. When I arrived, although the large table was full plus a couple of the smaller ones, it wasn’t particularly busy. I sat down and was asked for how many people, I said just myself, which is usually the case when I go. there. I was asked to move by the man as it was going to get busy, although it certainly wasn’t at the time. I was getting my jacket to get up when the woman came over and said exactly the same, asked me to move as it was going to get busy and pointed me to somewhere over the back. This is the first time I’ve been made to feel so unwelcome by unfriendly staff. I did as they requested and moved….. out the door to the canal cafe where the staff are always welcoming, friendly and mostly volunteers.
