Wow what a culinary delight! Gareth came along to cook for my friends and I on a special birthday and what a special and memorable meal this was. Each and every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked - I tried to everyone’s! I have to say the lamb was the best I have ever had, it melted in my mouth and all the accompaniments were perfectly paired. Gareth was so professional and such a gent.. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family for any special occasions thank you so much Gareth!

Had a recent stay in wales with friends as a surprise for my birthday. Complete with our own private chef for the evening.

Gareths skills and expertise created an exceptional fine dining experience with 3 creative dishes.
Every dish was a highlight but especially the muscles. Just wow! Such an incredible fusion of flavours.
He was incredibly professional throughout, excellent attention to every detail and set the scene perfectly.

It was a special occasion and it truly felt special.

From start to finish my experience with Gareth & his team were top notch. Gareth’s communication is a party planners dream & the menu options were exquisite, with huge flexibility of dietary requirements. The whole team were professional whilst super friendly & the evening ran so smoothly. The food was INSANE, all 40 guests were raving about it, everyone full and very very content! The added touches to the table really made the evening that extra bit special with 5* vibes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for the smoothest process from start to finish with the most delicious food!

Couldn’t fault Gareth and Fi from the get go. Very impressed!!!!! So professional and cooked up a real fine dining experience for my 40th birthday party at our rented cabin in the woods. Food was absolutely stunning with fresh ingredients sourced locally and I would recommend all of our courses chosen from Gareth’s menu. They lay the table up with printed menus. All ingredients were prepped and professionally transported to our location and the delivery was seamless. All was a delivered at a very high standard and made my celebration sooooo special. It made the whole weekend. Thank you guys!!!

Gareth and the team provided an excellent dinner for us and the family the evening before we got married. He was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about the food he was serving us. From start to finish the experience was exactly what we wanted, the food fantastic and the best bit was no washing up for us afterwards!
