The food was brilliant, and the waiting staff very helpful. It's a shame that the man behind the bar, forgot his manners. He was only interested in the staying guests and the phone. This is the second time that I have found him less than welcoming.

The freshest fish I've ever had. Cooked to perfection. Every time we visit I'm impressed by the kindness and warmth of welcome by all the staff. Good food at good prices. Heartily recommend

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Room was so comfortable, well furnished and plenty of room and a sea view. Breakfasts were very good with lots of choices and ample hot options . Dinners were great and the desserts even better. Hosts and staff were so friendly. Prepared us a takeaway breakfast on the last day as we were leaving early to get the ferry. Highly recommended. Ample parking too.

Popped in for breakfast whilst waiting for the ferry. Excellent quality, the sausage was the best tasting I've had for along time.
Wished we'd have gone in sooner.

Booked a table (for 7 plus the dog) to coincide with ferry back to mainland. What a great place, lovely location, superb choice on the menu, food was excellent and staff happy to make alterations to dishes. Nice atmosphere. Really pleased we chose this. Would happily visit again.

Lovely staff and a really good value, tasty menu. Sandwiches come with chips which we appreciated, and the ham and cheese toasty had lovely thick ham, proper cheese and local bread.
A top notch place and we will definitely be back over the winter.

We stopped here for a drink and meal and we have to say it was pretty amazing, and we eat out quite a lot.
We shared a mackerel scotch egg with horseradish dip starter and it was amazing! What a fantastic idea to change the meat to fish - a really delicious, light combination for a starter! Followed by cod & triple cooked chips. The fish was super fresh, light & flaky and the chips were perfectly cooked. Well done to the Chef!

The service was very poor, just as an example we had to ask for table water about 5 times before having to go and get it ourselves.

The food was ok - we would recommend the fish as that clearly is what they do best.

The car park is advertised as free but as it has no lighting and you can’t read the signs with no light, they will charge you £100 fine whether you are a customer or not. Disappointing really when you spend over £200 on slow service.

It is a shame as it’s a nice location near the boat.

Cannot comment on rooms as didn’t stay.
