Lovely, quaint holiday cottage, dating from around 1800 in Hastings Old Town. Great location for walking up East Hill (beautiful views of coast and town) or West Hill (Norman Castle is worth a visit or around the surprisingly picturesque Old Town, or down to the shingle beach. Cottage has everything we need and is clean. Tiny terrace at the back was a sun trap. Wouldn't suit anyone who has trouble with stairs as it has a steep and very narrow one with no proper hand rail. Overall had a great week here.
