We arrived late at just gone 8:30 for a table and we were welcomed with open arms and a smile which like most places they treat you a bit funny and stand offish if you arrive late for food, however the staff were fantastic and the food was SO good and the presentation just made it all so special! Special thanks to George our waiter who just made us chuckle away and really made it like a home from home, super sweet guy more than happy to help you but defo a lovely funny guy :)!!

Great place with great servers. Drinks are tasty. Millie served me service great. Inside outside dining with a pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located on the main drag in Cirencester. Would recommend dining here while in town. Walkable, plenty of available parking.

Popped in for some late lunch, greeted with a smile, ordered drinks and wandered off to the restaurant. Great sunny day so we decided to sit outside, my rather very white partner was happy as we got accommodated on a seat she could hide away from the sun. I was happy to get a seat in the sun. Yes same tables btw. very attentive staff, from seating to the right amount of time to ponder the menu, great food, relaxed atmosphere

Delightful stay at the Fleece.
The staff were superb ,warm and friendly.
Location .very good.
Food first class.
Friendly atmosphere, full of character.
Only fault. the bed needs to be levelled. as floor runs out.

I have been visiting the Fleece for a few years now wether it's a family meal or a drink after work. Always a great vibe the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Most of the time we have been looked after by Peta who always greets us with a cheery smile a real asset and is a great representative for the hotel. A real cosy hotel delicious food and fantastic selection of drinks and cocktails. We will keep coming back|

Hotel was the best location as our base to explore the Cotswolds and that we did . Always nice to come back to The Fleece . The service was so genuinely attentive and helpful. ( even for some shortbread cookies to take to my room ) wink wink xx Loved having glass of wine at the Bar and then dinner …fabulous … Milly our server was attentive and sweet . Being an American visiting , loved the warm accent from home
We would recommend the Fleece Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay 👍

Came here last night and had such a lovely experience. I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was really delicious. My boyfriend had the fish and chips which looked soooo yummy! I had a taste of it and I can confirm it was amazing 😍 Our waitress was also so lovely and helpful, I didn’t catch her name but she was great. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant ❤️ Also great value for money!!
