Food and drink was lovely and what a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, when we went, it was rainy however this can’t be helped. We will definitely be visiting again on a better day so the children can see aircraft land.

Prices I feel are a little too high when compared to other cafes/ restaurants.
Over £3 for a black americano and all cakes were £3+. Granted, there is the added bonus of the destination!

I strongly suggest visiting

What a perfect little gem!
Emailed to make a reservation so our 2 year old wouldn't make a fuss and we were sat in a brilliant spot to watch the planes take off.
Food is absolutely amazing!

I recently visited the Flight Deck Cafe in Turweston and had a great experience. The cafe offers a fantastic view of the aerodrome, allowing guests to observe airplanes landing and taking off—a real treat for aviation enthusiasts. The staff was friendly and provided a good service. The food exceeded my expectations: the English breakfast was tasty and abundant!

The only aspect that could be improved upon were the chairs, as I found them to be quite uncomfortable.

Nonetheless, I highly recommend this cafe for breakfast and lunch; it's an overall great place to dine.

Lovely location to stop for breakfast and watch the planes. Service was a little slow but this may have been down to what looked like new staff.
Full English was great - really good locally sourced sausages and bacon, and proper butter (half the tomatoes had been eaten by my husband before I managed to get a photo!)
Avocado and bacon on toast also good, especially with the chilli jam. My only quibble was that the menu specified doorstep toast and the actual toast was normal sliced bread thickness.
Well worth a visit.

The cafe and the airfield never fail to impress.
I flew in recently and the whole experience from the ATC to the cafe team was amazing.
Food is sensibly priced, a good choice and fast to be brought to the table.
The cafe has fabulous views even on the day I was there that was a bit miserable, in the coming weeks the terrace will be the best place in the UK for ‘Sausage Egg and Chips’ and I can’t recommend it enough.
Whether flying in or driving, this is a great place to visit.

Great to visit somewhere a bit different and glad we did. No worries parking and funny driving alongside taxiing or landing aircraft. A lovely dog friendly place to relax. The food and portions are superb and nice coffee also. Took a while to be served but not an issue. The balcony is a decent spot to lose an hour! Look forward to returning when we are in the area next.

Went here with my 8yr old son for a spot of lunch and to watch some planes. We had a very nice lunch, service was perhaps a little slow but it was busy. We saw a few planes taking off and a few landing. once it stopped raining we had a nice walk around looking at the planes that were parked up. Overall a great few hours.

A lovely little place to go, whatever the weather. Usually have a good selection of cake, but this time I visited, just a small choice of a few biscuit/cookie types. Nice, but was a bit disappointed. Great to be able to watch the small planes and helicopters, and opportunity to sit outside on the balcony if you so wish.
