Gail was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. As someone who has never had their feet out for anyone, be it for beauty reasons or medical, coming to Gail was a great first experience. I recently visited Gail with a really painful callous which I had made worse with an at home treatment. Gail was lovely and made me feel relaxed and at ease. She was very gentle with removing the callous and sorting out the mess the at home treatment had caused to my sore foot. She gave me some really useful advice on how to look after my feet better and she wasn't pushy about when / if I should return to her, which I absolutely will even if just for the soothing foot massage at the end! I highly recommend Gail saw her for the second time today with painful ingrown toenail and came out feeling like I was walking on clouds! she sorted my nail out and then gave my feet a nice relaxing massage, she's a lovely lady who makes you feel at ease and she not silly expensive like some of the podiatrists out there sounds a bit daft but I actually look forward to going to see her .
