This our second visit to Miserden and they are just fabulous gardens. This time there was a sculpture exhibition on which elevated the gardens to a whole new level. The views are wonderful and the gardens surprisingly extensive, with woodland walks as well as the formal areas.
On our visit there was a great little cafe as well as plenty of seating so that added to the experience too and gave us a chance to sit down and relax before we explored the gardens. Our entry was free, as Historic Houses members but I think it's only £10 for a paying adult anyway.

Beautiful gardens, very quiet at the time of our visit, which was lovely, also sculpture exhibits around the gardens which added interest, not sure if this is normal but we really liked it.

Beautiful gardens, but might be a good idea to mention the cafe is close before people get there. The village is incredibly picturesque with lots of walking routes.

Beautiful gardens which had three added bonus of a sculpture exhibition in the grounds when we went. Fantastic views across the countryside, good plants for sale. The cafe has a short menu but the food was freshly prepared and very good. Heard someone say they thought it pricy but considering the staff work from a tiny, hot room and make everything to order, we thought it very good. Would have loved to go back for the watercolor class but it was that but too far.

The £12 admission price per adult is a bit steep for the size of the gardens and what you get to see, so it's not good value for money in my mind. Would recommend walking to visit the lake, though

Beautiful gardens and cafe situated in the green houses. The village has some lovely walking routes, with one down to the lake and via the local pub.
