Truly dog friendly place. Lovely relaxing surroundings. Tea hot and served in a fancy glass tea pot. Scone perfectly baked and presented well. Friendly staff. Service with a smile 😃

Have used this cafe on a number of occasions and for and the food, service and atmosphere good. However, on our visit this time there was a winter offer of Tea, starter, main and sweet for £6.50 for two courses or £7.50 for three. These prices are reduced so you get what you pay for. The servings were meagre to say the least. We won’t be going back there any time soon. Great offer though if you want to lose weight after Christmas!

This place is such a little gem, the food was outstanding and hot chocolates were 10/10. Wasn’t too busy either which was nice. It’s dog friendly inside as well which was a bonus! Staff were all really lovely as well, very smiley and polite!

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, bacon roll and a couple of fried eggs were pretty sweet. Great service, good price, and a dog friendly area as a bonus!

Mrs had a sandwich, fresh tasty presented well. I had the x2 breakfast, only thing fresh was the eggs and the toast. Bacon dried out, sausages uncutable let alone edible..

To be fair when it was set down in front of me I should have said something! When asked was everything ok I said the breakfast was very disappointing, I got " that's nice "

3 of us on bikes visited here one chilly damp morning for a pre booked breakfast during one covid times. Phoned the day before to book a table and was greeted by lovely warm friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and prompt. Cakes looked amazing thou managed to resist. If your a cyclist who’s looking for a stop then you can’t do much wrong here. Or if you just fancy somewhere nice for a cup of tea and cake. Either way whatever takes your fancy this place is worth a visit. And it’s supporting local trade. 👍🏻
