We have just spent 2 nights at The Gaydon B&B and can't praise this place enough.
A very warm welcome from the hosts, Keith and Kate and a superb stay,
The room was comfortable and cozy with a lovely side, sea view.
Breakfast was awesome, as was the service. Served piping hot, the full English was delicious and plentiful.
Everything you need was in the room including lots of local tourist attractions and telephone / contact details.
10/10 from us and I have to say that this is probably one of the best b&b's that I have ever stayed at ( if not the best ! )

Thank you both very much for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Another fantastic stay at the Gaydon. We took advantage of the 3 for 2 January offer, representing excellent value. Our stay was very comfortable and the hosts Keith and Kate As enthusiastic and engaging as ever.|Following an extensive breakfast each morning, we spent the days walking and enjoying the locality. There are several hotels close by, where non residents are welcome and good for a drink and catch up up.|Returning to the Gaydon in the evening we found it to be warm and cosy and always had a decanter of sherry on the sideboard. Lovely hotel.

We stayed here for a 3 night short break in November and were not dissapointed! What a fabulous B&B! We were warmly greeted on our arrival by the owners which was so nice. Our room had a side sea view and it was lovely to sit and look out with a cuppa and biscuits. We had everything we needed in our lovely spacious room, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean everywhere. We were given a choice of 2 breakfast settings, we chose the later one as I love to go for an early morning walk along the sea front, and the breakfasts were delicious with a great choice. The home made muffins were yummy 😋 The Gaydon is in a great location, a short walk to the sea front one way and a similar distance to the bus stops, perfect for us. We will definitely be back next year and can highly recommend you to our family and friends.

Excellent B&B located near the seafront in St Annes. We had room no.1 which was a large room with a king size bed. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with vegetarian option available. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and they offer free sherry in the evening as a nightcap, which is a nice touch.|The hotel is close to a choice of restaurants and bars and parking is free at the front of the property.

Stayed here for two nights & enjoyed every minute Keith & Kate were very welcoming & Keith helped to carry our cases to the first floor double deluxe room which was warm clean & crisp white bed linen & fluffy white towels & complimentary toiletries along with plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate sugar milk & biscuits. Also on arrival we were offered a glass of sherry which was a nice touch but we did have it as a night cap. |The following morning we had an amazing breakfast from cereals to full English & beautiful homemade muffins which Keith warmed for us & served them with honey & cinnamon delicious. |We will definitely return as it’s such a lovely B&B & in a very quiet location but close to all amenities once again thank you for a perfect weekend. |Arthur & Alison 🥂🤗

Stayed for 2 nights over New Year and felt so welcomed by Keith and Kate with a sherry on arrival!|Lovely, large, spotless en suite bedroom first floor which can be set up as king-size or twin beds. Toiletries and kettle, tea/coffee/hot choc provided|Breakfast was amazing, so much choice including all cereals, full english, vegetarian, omelettes, etc.|Free Parking available on drive or in the street.|Promenade and sea one minute walk away. Short drive into Lytham or Blackpool.|We had tickets NYE for Tribute act show at nearby Lowther Pavilion which was great way to see in new year.|Would definitely stay at this property again! |Thanks Keith and Kate x

This was our fourth visit to The Gaydon St Annes and everything was first class ,the same as all our previous visits. The rooms are spotless the breakfasts superb and Kieth and Kate are wonderful hosts who can't do enough to make your stay one to remember. We will definitely be returning to The Gaydon again.

Just had yet another lovely stay at Gaydon B&B. Keith + Kate are so lovely can't do enough for you. Great full breakfast plus fruit, buns etc such a good choice. The rooms are very comfortable and welcoming. Location is ideal 10 mins into St Anne's + just a quick bus ride into Lytham. We have stayed at Gaydon 3 times (different times of the year) + always have a great stay wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic value for money also, 5 star b&b. Looking forward to our return soon hopefully.
