Having stayed here many years ago when it was quite dated, I was genuinely impressed by the spectacular refurbishment. The hotel now feels much more spacious, fresh and clean. Naturally, this transformation comes with a higher room price.
One significant change is the car park, which is now shared with nearby flats, reducing availability. We were fortunate that a departing receptionist kindly moved her car for us. While we didn't dine there, the food looked appealing. Despite the impressive updates, there's still no air conditioning in the rooms. This isn't usually an issue in the UK, but we unfortunately visited during very hot weather. Thankfully, a cooling fan was provided

Had an amazing experience! We sat in one of the cozy igloos, which made for such a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Our server, Amy, truly made the night special. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Her attention to detail, perfect timing, and genuine friendliness really stood out — she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was outstanding, especially the mezze platter which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place — great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service thanks to Amy!

Service here is honestly top notch! Staff members are friendly, respectful and attend to guests kindly (the kind of service that actually makes you want to tip). I noticed them treating everyone with that same level of care, not just me. Now the food… fire. I had the beef burger, grilled chicken, and those butter-fried chicken nibbles (check the pix)! Also, friendly town for getaways...I'd visit again, big shout out to the team and especially to Poppy for hooking me up with the review code!

Tonight three of us went to The Coppa Club - it was 'Open Mic' evening and the entertainment did not disappoint. We had booked a table for three for supper to complement the music.

Being in the conservatory, it was rather chilly - the girls I was with needed their coats on throughout as the heaters did not appear to be on.

The starter came - a mezze which promised to be really substantial given the description and a hefty £24 price tag but it was very disappointing. The fried chicken pieces were tiny and therefore consisted mainly of fried breadcrumbs rather than chicken - the rest was ordinary and grossly over-priced. We had ordered a bruschetta (£8) and a fried squid (£10.5) were also very expensive for what they were; the bruschetta was one very small piece of toast with the toppings - absolutely crazy price for this while the bowl of fried squid had very few pieces within.

One of us had a burrata starter (£11.50) for their main course, another went for the fish and chips (£19.50) while I went for the chicken and coleslaw (£21.50). All were "average". The Burrata had utterly tasteless tomatoes, the fish and chips were "OK" according to our guest, while my chicken was overcooked and dry. Luckily I had ordered the roasted garlic (an extra £2) for without it, it would have been inedible.

All in all, great music but a bill of over £185 for this food along with a total of 4 G&Ts and 1 beer (their service charge was added automatically) was outrageous for the quality of the food supplied.

I would not recommend this establishment for food is this is indicative of the quality.

My wife, kids and I had a lovely lunch at Coppa Club on Saturday. The food was delicious as always and the service was outstanding. Our waitress Amy was lovely and gave us some wonderful recommendations about things in the area. First rate experience all round

Such a lovely, cool town just an hour from London, and Coppa Club Haslemere made it even more special. The private glass igloos are perfect for a cosy, intimate meal — ideal for celebrating or just enjoying time with your favourite person.

The Sunday roast was spot on, and their bruschetta? Absolutely unmissable. Great food, beautiful setting, and warm, thoughtful hospitality. Thanks for taking such good care of us — we’ll definitely be back!

We come to the Coppa Club quite regularly both for working/ meetings and personal lunches / dinners. The food here is always great and the service is very friendly! We’ve been able to work all day here with food and drinks and are politely left to our own devices! The restaurant is extremely clean and well kept and food and drinks come out very quickly. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Visited recently with a group of 6 and was served by Amy who was absolutely amazing! I advised her I was vegetarian had some sensitivities to certain ingredients to which she was able to relay the menu and suggest the best options based on my preferences, her attentiveness and service for our table was incredible. Food was fresh, delicious and Amy really made my experience here 10/10. Can’t wait to come back ☺️
