A bit sad as not all rooms used ,how hotels used to be. Very clean good breakfast TV and on suite. Longest serving hotel family in Yarmouth 👍👍

Only stayed for one night great value for money we had a sea view room that was fantastic. Room was on suite and clean. Breakfast was included and there was plenty and filling. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is also in a great location we will be going back 👍

Came here for 1 night over bank holiday. Lovely and clean. People who run it are lovely. Don t have a card machine so had to pay in cash but that wasn't a problem they said I could go bank and pay later. Breakfast looked really nice but we only has toast. Would def stay there again

Lovely b and b. Real old school surroundings right near the beach and good for town centre. Comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. Great value for money

I do not condone ignorant and aggressive behaviour and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Absolutely disgusting and vile. If the gentleman owner cannot keep a civil tongue he should not be allowed around members of the public.

I'm currently 8 months pregnant. I was far away from a toilet so decided to knock on the hotel door to see if I could possibly nip in. The male owner was extremely rude and aggressive towards me, shouted and screamed in my face whilst flapping his arms about and slammed the door in my face! Avoid like the plague!!!!
