Had a great first float! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to relax! Good to know you can change things like the temperature and if you want the relaxing music on for the whole time or not. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

What a lovely experience. What a beautiful place with warm, welcoming and inviting staff. Chilled vibes all round. The flotation tank is amazing, like being at a spa and also loosened my sore back and immensely helped it. Will be booking in to attend more regularly to keep this relaxation and mindfulness up. Great for clearing your mind, escaping reality for a while, meditating and to loosen up any sore joints. Amazing for me, 8 weeks after child birth. Highly recommend!

Had my first float session today. Staff member was so lovely and friendly. I was well informed of everything I needed to know. The float session was amazing. I came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. They have everything you need, towels, shampoo, hairdryer, straighteners, You really only need to take yourself they supply everything you require. They also have a relaxation room with tea and cold water and a massage chair you can using after your float, bliss! They don't hurry you out the door either, you can take as long as you need in relaxation room. Bliss! Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of doing this. I can't wait to get booked in again!!

So happy I heard about this place. I had an amazing time. The experience is out of this world. I never relaxed so deeply in my life. Very warm welcome and explanation in great depth with lots of advice. Amazing aftercare .
Everything provided so no need to take anything with you. You will receive water and have access to herbal teas in a relax room. There is lots of useful information for mindfulness and well-being and also about benefits of sensory deprivation in a floating tank. Lovely smell even in the tank. it's like a bit of aromatherapy on top of the experience. I will definitely be back.

Lovely, relaxing experience. the Float Centre was clean, comfortable and well considered. Our welcome was friendly on arrival and everything was well explained.
I’ve been before and enjoyed then, but this was my son’s first visit and he was a little anxious about the pod and lid but was completely reassured and went on to have a good experience.
Floatation is such a lovely experience and the benefits for me are many (relaxation/ stress relief/ improved sleep/ eases achy muscles/ etc).
I’d definitely recommend the Float Centre, Glasgow as a good venue for this experience.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I could have hoped for. In fact it exceeded my expectations.

So warm welcoming and friendly from the moment i opened the door till i said thank you and left today.

Clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need from refreshments, towels, toiletries, an area to relax in and an area with hairdryers etc.

The float itself was exceptional. I booked this session as I was recently admitted to hospital and diagnosed with a trapped nerve in my lower back. Even with all the medication I am on, there is always some pain lurking. I can honestly say that for a full hour I had no pain while moving freely and stretching in the pod.

On leaving the pod I felt refreshed and rejuvenated and wasnt as stiff as I was when I went in.

I highly recommend this if you are suffering with pain or stiffness. It most certainly helped with me that much that I will be returning again to help my recovery of the trapped nerve.

Go on give it a try. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Went to my 1st Float yesterday was amazing, took a while for me to fully relax which I find hard to do anyway!! Loved being able to put lights on while in the pod. Hairdryer etc was a nice touch. Laura was so welcoming and explained fully what to do. Will definitely be back 😃

These guys have done such a brilliant job. My partner and I were met by Eve, who took the time to explain everything to us, she really put us both at ease for our first taster session, and really knew her stuff.
We used the Mull and Islay rooms I think? They were immaculate, so clean, with plenty of room and privacy, and everything was thought of, down to some ear plugs to stop the water irritating your ears.
The relaxation room was a great addition and I really enjoyed reading through the folder explaining all the evidence and studies behind the flotation experience. After turning up not knowing what to expect, we have literally nothing to complain about! Thanks for the experience!
