This establishment is ideally positioned and located for ease of access to the football ground. We made the trip up from London and were pleased with the cleanliness and homely feel that greeted us upon arrival.
We could not ask for a better hotelier; Paul was an absolute gentleman and really made our custom feel valued. Would not hesitate to recommend this as an ideal spot for a comfortable and accommodating stay.
Paul also provided us with a designated parking space, which was golden.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves! Paul, on arrival was very welcoming and friendly! Our room was beautiful and really modern, beds were really comfy and had a homely feel to it. Uber taxis were easy to get to and from the centre, which was about 10/15 minutes drive. ||If I was coming back to Liverpool I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! Thanks very much Paul and we hope to get visiting Sydney soon! ||Jordan and Jeannie x

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. 5 of us stayed here on a hen do for the weekend. The owner Paul was incredibly helpful, and friendly. He carried our luggage for us and nothing was too much trouble. |The room itself was beautiful and clean, with a mini fridge which was very handy. The room also had heating/Aircon. The beds were comfortable and lovely to sleep in. |The only way to improve the room would be if it had a full length mirror in, but this was a minor inconvenience. |The hotel is located outside of Liverpool city centre but we travelled mainly by UBER and had no issues getting to and from the city.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The owner, Paul, was so lovely! He even carried all our bags up to the room! |The rooms were so clean and tidy, had a mini fridge, dressing table and hair dryer which is always handy! ||Lovely decor, felt very homely! I would absolutely revisit again if I was in the area. ||Not too far from Liverpool City Centre as Ubers are so easy to get! Thank you, so much!

This place is an incredible find, immaculately clean with everything you could need in the room. The service from Paul was fantastic in terms of welcome, check in, information & recommendations. Nothing at all to fault it was perfect. |Will return again soon for sure. |Thank you

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble at this hotel. The owner, Paul, is clearly a man that values his business and more so his customers. ||We had a call prior to our arrival from Paul himself, to clarify check in information and ensure this would be smooth. He and his employee greeted us when we arrived at the hotel and explained everything thoroughly. He was on hand to recommend restaurants in the area (The Lion being one of them which served the most delicious Japanese and Sri Lankan food), he kindly booked a taxi for us and even provided assistance in our ‘hour of need’ which involved us trying to remove a security tag (no thanks to MossBros ?) from a brand new suit that my husband had purchased the day before to wear for the Grand National!! Toolbox at the ready!!||The hotel was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated whilst still maintaining some of the beautiful features of the 1800s building. The bed was really comfortable so we had 2 really good night’s sleep, there was an ironing board and coffee facilities in the room, with more coffee out on reception inviting us to help ourselves if we ran low. ||This is definitely a hotel that we will be returning to, thank you for having us!

Very nice and lovely hotel snug in Bootle not too far from either stadium so that’s another location plus if you don’t mind that sort of location.

Good sized rooms and modern.

Most endearing thing about The Glebe is the management! Paul was amazing.
