Visited The Glorious Spa in Worthing for the first time today and had a wonderful experience.
Polite & welcoming staff, not intrusive and I loved the peaceful hour I got to enjoy with Ruby.
My 55 minute Elemis facial was total bliss, the ambience was relaxing and the products were so nice, my skin feels amazing!

My friend and I had booked a 3 hr Spa session at the Glorious Spa, Worthing. It was our first visit to the Spa, so we did not know what to expect. From start to finish our experience was outstanding. We had our own personal spa and sauna followed by 3 treatments which were very relaxing. The Spa has a lot of lovely finishing touches, which shows that the staff have gone the extra mile to make your visit pleasurable. I would, and will be recommending the Spa to my friends and family. Thank you for a lovely experience. 💖

I have been attending Glorious Spa for a long time and I have always been made to feel welcome by all the staff. It is a pleasure to meet new staff and make friends. Have a monthly manicure here which is a lovely pamper, am always well looked after and the mani lasts until my next appointment. My daughter and I each had the most wonderful full body massage which we would both highly recommend, a really lovely treat!

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I called to book an appointment for a special occasion for myself and my grandma. Upon arriving for our appointment they said that they had no booking for us and no space. I showed them the call time and date and they confirmed it was them I had called and booked with but still no record of our booking. I asked to speak with the person who had taken our call but they said they had no idea who it was and that there is no receptionist or booking person - anyone answers the phone. On the phone when booking I explained I was coming down from London to take my grandma for a treat and double checked the time, date and that we could have our manicures at the same time. Very upset and disappointed that our special outing was ruined by poor organisation and lack of efficient customer service. There wasn’t an effort to accommodate us either (no alternative time given for the entire day despite that fact they weren’t busy). Entirely disappointed- especially as the fact I had to ring up and book on the phone in the first place was because the online booking system wasn’t working. Inefficient and a huge upsetting letdown 🙁

i received a voucher as a gift & was very excited to try this salon for a gel manicure. Unfortunately this will be the first & last visit for me. Within 24 hours the gel had cracked at the tips, progressively getting worse each day. My usual gel manicures last between 3 - 4 weeks.

Thank you for your prompt response & complimentary pedicure (as I had just had my nails done).
