Room was a bit cold, although thick curtains they cover the radiators. Lovely shower, and comfy bed. I had an evening meal and breakfast, food was tasty and fresh.
Staff were very helpful and checked all OK.

Looks lovely but our room was basic and needed a it of TLC. A cracked window on the ground floor was not encouraging. To be fair the room was clean and tidy. We could hear doors banging until late at night. We had a wheel chair user with us and the corridors and corners were very tight and took a bit of navigating.
The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Not bad overall but not very accessible.

Very disappointing Had been bed bugs in bed as spots of blood. Discusting 😡. Bites on body too. When complained was given £30 off. 🙁. I will be emailing for a full refund as very bad. This was a special treat for my daughter. 😡

Lovely hotel and friendly staff set in the lovely town of Woodhall Spa that has a lot of history with the Dam Busters |The rooms are big and spotlessly clean.|The evening meal was excellent and the same at breakfast ||The area is excellent for cycling as there are cycling tracks along the river that are well maintained and clear of any debris,|It's possible to cycle all the way to Lincoln if you want to

We had our annual golf society weekend at The Golf Hotel. As always we were looked after very well.|The breakfast and dinner were exceptional.|Great location for golf and also close to the local bars & restaurants.|The tariff for DB&B was reasonable.|

The breakfast service was very poor and disappointing. Additionally, the room and the bathroom were cold, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Nice big room, spotlessly clean. Bathroom could do with renovation. Would have preferred to have additional security on the room door. No lift which was a shame. TV remote was missing. Receptionist tried but couldn't find one to work. Restaurant was having some works done to it. Choice of meals was not the best. Breakfast could have been better too.

Was due to go here but had a poorly 2 year old so asked to re arrange. Was going to re arrange for May but I have cancelled due to the fact the woman on the phones attitude was absolutely revolting! What a vile horrible woman she was. Didn’t even wish my toddler better. Was angry with us for having to re arrange. I was spoken to like a child being told off by the headteacher! Customer service doesn’t exist at this place. I have stayed before aswell and the rooms are dated and stuffy but was willing to give it another go as I love Woodhall Spa in general. However with such a miserable rude unkind woman on the front desk I won’t be bothering! My child actually ended up in A and E she was that poorly but hey never mind I’m sure she doesn’t care. I wouldn’t bother with this place unless you want the lowest of low customer service.
