For the last three years my 80+year old mum and I visit the Bath Christmas market to do a bit of shopping and just have a break before Christmas. We have stayed at the Granary each time and we love going back. The bed and breakfast is located in an old medieval village with lots of history and a great place to walk around. The accommodation is very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious with en-suite. At night there is a lovely lounge to sit to watch TV and if you are lucky there is a roaring log fire too. Carole, the host, is helpful and charming. A great breakfast, cooked to order. We always feel so welcomed and amde to feel at hme. ||We really like the location too: 15 mins to the park and ride for Bath; 40 mins drive to Wells and Glastonbury and lots of great farm shops nearby! Highly recommended.

This place is lovely! Can't describe how peaceful and beautiful it is. We loved it so much we got married in The Mill 'down the road in Rode' and stayed at The Granary for the whole weekend with family. We have been back 6 or 7 times and try to go back every year fro our anniversary. Owners are always very welcoming and accomodating but allow you plenty of space to yoursleves to enjoy the surroundings. Want everybody to go as its so lovely but don't want it to get so busy that we can't get a booking!!!!!

What a fantastic bed and breakfast! and where to start! So it is situated in the perfect location, aprox 10-15 min drive outside bath, but pretty much just a straight road into Bath City Centre. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city, in picturesque landscape fields etc. The family that run the b and b are very friendly and caring, fantastic hospitality! The building is just gorgeous! very tasteful decor, oak beams etc. Breakfast was delicous, home made Jams, eggs from thier own hens, lovely coffee, mum and I were so full we didnt need anything else for the rest of the day! Honestly, this place is just beautiful and if you are looking for a place to stay, either couple, family etc, you really must visit, it is the best B and B i have ever stayed at, will definately be visiting again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful ensuite room, in lovely countryside. Tasty breakfast with lots on offer, helpful and friendly landlady, highly recomened! A must see place.
