We have just returned from a 4 days stay at The Grange. Andree met us on arrival and showed us our room. Location is superb in quiet, rolling countryside and juust off the road between Ermington and Yealmpton.||Our room was in a seperate building with own entrance andwas spacious and well equipped : very comfortable (beds were great!), with Tea/Coffe making facilities, shower room and a selection of biscuits and choloates! The rooms were services everyday and new provisions supplied. Andree is such a lovely lady who gave us lots of ideas about where to visit and what to do. We very much enjoyed chatting to her about both the surrounding area and also the history of the farm and how she came to England. Breakfast was amazing - she accomadated our every need and provided a big selection : cereals, yoghurts, toast, full English. The full English was deliecious and BIG! She also was very accomadating of our daughter (who is an autistic adult) and wanted different options for breakfast. ||||All in all a wonderful place with a wonderful host - we would definately stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this gem of a B&B whilst touring Devon & Cornwall for a mini-break and we enjoyed every minute. Andree is so welcoming, a truly wonderful hostess full of interesting conversation - we felt she really wanted us in her home. The accommodation in a separate building is quiet and homely and offers complete privacy with beautful views over the countryside. With delicious full English breakfasts every morning, we certainly never went hungry but could always find room for the chocolates that miraculously appeared every night! The perfect place for someone looking for a warm and relaxed stay, excellent value for money! Thank you to Andree and Eddie for making us feel so welcome - a real tonic!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. Our 2 rooms were next to each other in a separate building with its own entrance. ||We were made very welcome by our hosts Eddie and Andree. They really are a lovely couple and couldn’t be more helpful. My friend and I were walking the coast to coast/two moors way and Andree was very helpful with local knowledge, and pointing out information on OS maps of the area.||Our rooms were spotless, warm and very cosy, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. ||Situated just off the A379, a couple of miles from Yealmpton, this is an excellent location for the coast to coast walk. (As my husband was acting as our chauffeur for pick up and drop offs, this was a great location.)However, transport would be a huge advantage. ||The Rose and Crown At Yealmpton serves an excellent evening meal and offers a price deal before 7pm. ||Would definitely recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely B&B! Had a fantastic 2-night stay. You are very well looked after by the husband and wife hosts who were very welcoming and aimed to please. An excellent full english breakfast was on offer if desired but alternatives were catered for (my other-half likes her boiled eggs!). ||||The rooms are located at the side of the main house with their own entrance so there is no need to worry about getting home too late (we had a wedding to go to). This also makes them very private. Rooms are well appointed, if a little old fashioned, and very comfortable with fantastic views across the local countryside. Fully recommended!

My husband and I came to stay for a few days for a family wedding. Andree gave us a warm welcome, our room was seperate from the main house which meant we didn't have to worry if we got back late. The room was bright and airy, very clean. Generous supply of extra pillows/blankets but they were not needed. Andree had pre warmed the room prior to our arrival.! Superb setting. The hearty breakfast set us up for the day, plenty of choice for large or small appetites, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, full English, toast. Andree and her husband were most helpful in local places to visit, including maps. and directions! We will be back, highly recommend a visit

Andrée first and foremost is a wonderful host. ||I arrived late (1am or so) that first night and there was no fuss or drama, she kindly left the key in the door to my room, told me how to get to my room and asked what time I would care for breakfast the next day. ||The rooms are beautiful and match the style of building. Plush carpeting throughout, immaculate rooms and bathrooms, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bonus sweeties and biscuits each and every day.||Breakfast is bliss. You walk into a beautiful home full of family photos and paintings and enter a large spacious kitchen where Andrée is waiting with an endless supply of orange and apple juice. She is very much a people person and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, she converses happily with you as much as you care for and prepares the most delicious breakfasts you could ask for. Nothing is too much trouble and she constantly tops up your coffee or tea (you can have either, or both). Toast is always ready with a delicious marmalade and good butter.||Leaving to come home was genuinely sad as I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease but that final breakfast was just the medicine needed for the long journey ahead.||||I can't imagine anyone ever having any issues coming here and it should be at the top of everybody's list.

We, as a couple, recently stayed for 2 nights in this delightful B&B run by Andree and Eddie. Situated just off the A379 near Yealmpton it makes an ideal base for exploring South Devon. ||(A warning - if driving westwards, a satnav set for the postcode will direct you to turn left off the A379, but you should ignore this, go about 300 yards and take the next turn RIGHT for Grange Farm.)||We were given a warm welcome by Andree who escorted us to our room on the upper floor of a converted barn adjacent to the main building. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and had impressive views over the rolling Devon countryside. It had TV, tea and coffee making facilities and Wifi. ||In the morning we went down to the main house where Andree cooked a delicious full English breakfast before we started out for the day's activities.||We will certainly be using this B&B when we next visit Devon.||We can strongly recommend the "Foxhound" at Brixton, about 5 miles to the west along the A379 for it's excellent food.||Be aware that Andree and Eddie do not take payments by card

We enjoyed a lovely peaceful stay here while walking the south west coast path from Dartmouth to Plymouth. Andree and Eddie are charming hosts and kept us well fed at breakfast and topped up the chocolates and biscuits in our room on a daily basis. Andree has a very good knowledge of the area in terms of walking as she has walked some of the coast path with the ramblers.
