The Green in Nether Compton, Sherborne, Dorset is one of the best B & B's we have ever stayed in and we have travelled extensively. Clare is an amazing host, incredibly personable and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated and very large, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfasts very tasty. The B & B is situated in a 1893 building behind a large green lawn and next to the beautiful 13th century Church of St. Nicholas. It is a very quiet and peaceful location. We spent 3 wonderful nights in B & B heaven. 6 out of 5 about sums it up for us.

It is a beautiful hidden-away picturesque village close to Sherborne, Dorset. The B & B, with parking, is on the green near the church. It has rural views at every angle. It is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Hostess is delightful. Can't wait to return...

my husband and I stayed at the Green B &B , Nether compton, Sherborne. it's a very special place to stay, overlooking the village green, tastefully furnished, and run by a very friendly and helpful family. We are looking forward to returning here and would highly recommend this b & b. and, the breakfast is delicious, too.

A quintessential friendly British B+B in the most tranquil village. Not only will you sleep like a log, in utter privacy (at separate end of house), but you'll have a wonderful, but unintrusive host.
