Beautiful hotel, great location too. Not far from the beach front and short walk to BIC the room was beautifully decorate with separate deep bath. The staff were extremely helpful and the bar and breakfast were top class so really enjoyed our stay. One small point was the fact that the bedroom was so warm, couldn't seem to cool it down so had to leave windows open.

Lovely afternoon tea. Nice to have something different to the usual sandwiches. Scones were warm and light and included spiced pumpkin, which was delicious, as was the brownie with pineapple. Service was excellent, the room looked lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had an amazing stay at The Green House, when we attended our daughters graduation. Our room was well appointed (although the TV was a little small, had we wanted to watch it) This boutique hotel prides itself on its green credentials and it didn't disappoint with comfort either. a well appointed shower room was en-suite to the large bedroom. the bed was the comfiest I've slept in at any recent hotel stay.|we also dined in the restaurant - the food was exceptional, and the extra touches, such as the 'congrats' petits four board and bubbly to mark the occasion made the evening really special. Breakfast was excellent, with a really good choice of cooked options and plenty of cereals/fruit/continental options too.|thank you The Green House, for a very memorable stay

A great room, extremely comfortable bed and the best pillows ever! Stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Food was excellent with plenty of gluten and dairy free options. What makes the hotel really stand out is the lovely, caring staff. A special thank you to Jacoby and his team for looking after us and to Eva for thoughtful touches and a lovely welcome. A very special stay.

A rainy Bournemouth in September isn't the ideal place to visit, but the Green House hotel makes up for the weather's shortcomings. It's an eco hotel, but don't worry you won't notice the difference, and you are helping the planet. The rooms have everything you would expect: TV, shower, toiletries, safe, and our double bed was very comfy. Breakfast is brilliant, with something for everyone, even vegans like us, though carnivores are well-catered for, too. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly. The bar is open 24 hours,which is a plus! We didn't eat dinner as there was only one vegan option per course, but they have a bar menu, and the vegan burger was superb. I must mention the staff, who were unfailingly polite and friendly; we didn't take our car but they were more than happy to call us cabs at short notice. The location of the hotel is good - about ten minutes walk to the beach, though the hotel is on a hill and walking back might challenge those who are less mobile. Also, there aren't many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.

A comfortable hotel recommended by the Michelin Guide with friendly staff and a great restaurant. It's very well located for the beach in Bournemouth in a quiet, leafy road and offers peace and quiet and a relaxed atmosphere and a sound commitment to sustainability. It's good value, especially the restaurant, and does without the frills of more expensive hotels in the area - more to the good in our opinion.

Nice hotel, great staff, good breakfast.|Rooms are very nice with super comfortable beds but when we stayed the weather was good and the room was so hot, no air conditioning and just a small fan provided! We would definitely not stay here in the summer months again.|We ate in the restaurant but there seemed to be problems with the kitchen as we waited nearly an hour for starters and another wait for mains. There only seemed to be a handful of tables being used, so no idea what was going on there!

We were guests at a wedding reception yesterday. The service was excellent (the staff attentive but not overbearing, extremely polite, friendly and keen to please) the food was really delicious (presented elegantly, served hot - not easy in a room of 60 seated guests - and overall superb) and the other facilities I used at the hotel were immaculate. A memorable occasion made possible thanks to The Green House.
