Had a half spa day with a friend was so amazed with the spa. Facilities include sauna, stream room, hydrotherapy pool, a hot tub outside and many more. The staff are so friendly and professional. We had 2 drift away massages which were totally relaxing. Afternoon tea was perfect. Definitely recommend for a amazing special day . Will definitely be going again.

A truly beautiful hotel. Comfortable room tastefully decorated. Fantastic breakfast. Incredibly good food from the restaurant (not cheap but high end quality food and service which was second to none). Good location to explore the Cotswolds. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

I live locally and have visited the spa on three occasions. The spa is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and the facilities are delightful. However, on my most recent trip the new rule has come into place that unless you are a member you can no longer pay to use the facilities (pool, changing room, sauna etc). On my previous visits I would pay to use these, sit by the pool and relax before and after my massage. On my latest visit, I was just taken straight into the massage room. The treatment was still lovely but I think the loss of accessing the facilities has really reduced the relaxed experience non-members could access.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeously furnished spa hotel. The manor house is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, large rooms. Spa was divine. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and Jish was an exceptional host. He looked after us making gorgeous cocktails and entertaining us with great conversation and excellent service. Thank you!! We would return in a heartbeat.

We had such a lovely stay in The Greenway Hotel & Spa. We stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff have been incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner offering was delicious. We’ve also enjoyed the local walks near the hotel. The hotel is situated right between Cheltenham and Gloucester, with great public transport to both! Would love to come back.

I cannot rate the rooms or the spa as I tried neither . 14 for Cream Tea a rainy day brought us here prebooked and invited to a birthday cream tea . Delightful private room . Adequate tea coffee and choices of . However my reason for two star loss .
Firstly the food was brought out on plates of two and three serving and not singular this created confusion with 3 vegetarian and a vegan in the party and unfortunately the staff didn't explain this fully this resulted in some people not getting their allocated choices .
Secondly really not impressed by the quality of the product

Fillings poor
Patisserie not explained
Scones overdone
Jam not more a puree
Cream was good
In all a triumph of display over taste and quality
As you all know 20k views this month , we do a lot of Cream teas and this whilst a pretty location ,(dangerous exit be careful at busy times ) this is not the best . This being our second visit we had boxing day dinner there several years ago which was sadly horrendous sadly we have to report very little improvement. Perhaps we will return in spring or summer when the weather will perhaps give it another star for what looks like pretty gardens . We’ve had a great trip to the Greenway hotel together with our dog Lex! The building itself is very beautiful and typically English. The white birch suite where we staid was absolutely wonderful with great facilities such as two huge showers and a bath. The grounds of the hotel are also very beautiful and well maintained; we were lucky because it snowed when we were there which gave a very romantic atmosphere. The food and personnel were also lovely: they were very kind to our dog (and to us)! A special thanks to our kind servers the two nights (we only got the name of the second, Jish)!

Arrived for New Year Party two night stay. Booked a suite for the stay which was very roomy unfortunately the shower flooded due to poor trap condition but we managed to save carpet😳 |From breakfast to evening meals the food was amazing absolutely loved it. One thing I do not understand is why charge so much (£6.90) for a beer which in my home town is £4 and it’s chilled but the not very cold offering is nearly £3 dearer🤷🏻|Anyway food and facilities made up sort of for that I simply didn’t bother after one. Cheltenham is a short taxi drive roughly £14 so definitely worth a trip in. Probably won’t stay again only because been there done that but no real issues.
