Really enjoyed our night here. Very big spoons with loads of seating at the front & rear of the building. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Prices were typical Wetherspoon's. Food was very nice. I had an Empire stare burger meal & it was great. Freedom breakfast was also nice the following morning apart from the bacon being cold. Pub is in a great location just one stop away from Wembley stadium on the train. Room was £86. & very good value for money. We stayed in room 109 at the front of the pub overlooking an outside seating area. A little noisy but it didn't bother us. We had the window & curtains open to let air circulate as the air conditioning wasn't working. We could have phoned reception but it really didn't bother us. Number 97 for us & yes will definitely come back.

Lovely building with plenty of different spaces to sit. Breakfast today with multiple coffees. One of Spoons more special buildings. Shame that Philip was more interested in his phone than serving me but he was very pleasant once he looked up and saw me in front of him! Freedom breakfast is my order of choice and this was one of the best I’ve had. The tomatoes were grilled nicely, the hash browns perfectly cooked and the bacon had been grilled rather than thrown on the char grill which often leads to it tasting of yesterday’s steaks. What started off shakily with ordering, finished really well and has set me up for a good day if this continues.

Lovely hotel, very friendly, welcoming staff, (Katy was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble), great beer choice, excellent food, really nice room and en suite, great location, friendly locals!
All in all a really lovely stay there and we cant wait to return, this will be our go to hotel for London in the future.

The rooms are nice, little over priced but nice. Some of the staff are very nice but I find the evening staff to be quite rude at times. The food isn't great. BBQ pizza is the only thing I've had that I like. Do yourself a favour and don't order the steak. Burger is nothing to write home about. This is such a great venue, its a shame they don't do a quiz night weekly or something. Maybe a bit of music in the day.

But first. Id get the staff to cheer up a bit. Makes all the difference...

Extremely enjoyable time and meal in here. Plenty of choices on the menu that are not your "typical" pub food dishes. We ordered four different mains and all were very tasty!|Good range of draft beers, and a decently priced wine list.|Service was prompt and friendly, atmosphere was super, sound travel from neighbouring tables was zero. Huge outdoor seating area with some wooden booths, hopefully we'll try one of those out next time!

Staff was great and friendly but the place has gone down hill - lots of younger people be rowdy doing open drugs at the table and bathroom, openly getting sick on the floor while everyone is eating. Need to have security or better control. We did not feel safe having younger kids with a meal

Such open drug use by about 15 to 20 young people in large groups is not a scene that should be witnessed vomit on floor and fighting and throwing things

Stay away on Friday to Saturday evenings for your own safety

Love this place. Not upmarket but family friendly and kids love it too. Prices are great and food quality is what you expect at a general pub. Like the size of the pub and selection of drinks.

On 26/04/2025, we ordered our drinks via the app. Although the estimated wait time was 3 minutes, our drinks did not arrive for over 25 minutes, so I went to the counter to check. When I mentioned my order, the staff told me the drink had been made 15 minutes ago and should have already been delivered. However, I was made to feel as if I was lying to get a free drink, which was very embarrassing, especially in front of other customers.

They then brought the drink to my table — the same drink that had been sitting there for over 15 minutes — while I was still at the counter. They insisted it had been served and told me to leave the counter. I asked if they could make a fresh one, as the quality would not be the same, but they refused, saying the order had been completed.

I also asked about my second order, a Pepsi, which they had no record of. Only after I mentioned it did they prepare it. I was told to go back to my table and that it would be brought over, but given the experience so far, I didn’t trust them and waited at the counter to take the drink myself.

It was a horrible experience. I have been visiting this Wetherspoon for a long time, but I noticed the entire staff seemed new, and it was clear that many of them didn’t know what they were doing. I also don’t believe there was a manager present that day, as the manager normally wears a white shirt.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this location anymore. The staff were rude and provided zero customer service.
