Had a very nice stay 2 separate nights at the Gresham. It's a great location next to everything and feels secure. Just a couple notes, one of the dryers was broken when we went to use the laundry facilities I think they might need to have more than what's currently provided. Our towel warmer in our first room wasn't working, but that was addressed by the staff and we were moved to another room for our second night. Overall, pleasant staff, clean rooms, and the kitchenette is always nice to have. I would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the experience was made even more special by the exceptional service at the restaurant. The restaurant was cozy, with a warm ambiance.

Have to mention the person who was serving us at the restaurant, Stavros, for his professionalism and kindness. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made the dining experience truly memorable and entertaining. I felt well taken care of and appreciated

The staff were great, rooms clean and in an amazing location, with just a few minutes walk to most central places! The price was also great, especially as you also get a kitchenette in the room.
There are only two negatives-
The noise isn’t great, it is a city centre hotel and we stayed on a Saturday night, so some street noise was expected. However, there was more noise in my room than outside. There seemed to be a constant high pitched buzz from the kitchenette, which did end up keeping me up, and there was also a loud electrical turn off sound in the middle of the night, which I suspect was the electrics turning off from a lack of movement, which is great for the environment, but overall lead to quite a broken sleep. You could also hear other people around you, which wasn’t too bad, but if someone made a loud noise, it was audible.
I would have also expected a bit more from the rooms, as a hotel style stay, it would have been nice to have some more in terms of provisions. We got tea, coffee, sugar/sweetener, uht milk, washing up equipment, and hand soap and shampoo in the bathroom, which was nice. It would have just been good to have some conditioner, and perhaps some biscuits. There was a bit of a lack of the little ‘extras’ you often get with a hotel stay, like a sewing kit or shower cap. But I do understand not providing these things that often may go to waste!
I would definitely stay here again, but I would not recommend to someone who wants somewhere quiet, or who sleeps very lightly!

Me and my partner were stuck in a bad place after our originally booked hotel turned out to be really horrible. We came to Gresham as my sister and her partner were staying here and they managed to accommodate us and at a slightly better rate as they could see that I was really upset. The girl at the desk was so lovely and helpful. I would 100% advise you to stay here if you are in the area. It was cheaper than our original hotel and much cleaner and just all around nicer. If we were coming back to Leicester I would definitely stay here again.

Went there for lunch and had an absolutely delicious chicken burger, everything was very fresh and tasty. I had some French fries on the side l, very good crunch. I also can't forget to mention the Greek guy that served me. I don't remember his name now, but he was so friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend.

Stay here whenever I visit the city for work. Staff are always very friendly, rooms are lovely. Special shoutout to Sharon on the front of house team who was lovely at dinner service. Showers are always great pressure and quality too.

Staying here on a open plan basis and let me tell you this place is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere,the decor, the rooms so everything is absolutely top-notch!!!

You will not be disappointed in this place. Book your stay at the Gresham aparthotel for an absolutely unforgettable break or holiday my friends have stayed here and I recommend other friends that will be staying here soon as well based on me staying here which is absolutely unbelievable.

Popped in for a drink before heading home and was served by the most delightful Greek man who was so knowledgeable with regard to wine choice and delivered exceptional service. I’m truly sorry I didn’t ask for his name as he is an absolute asset and credit the the business ! Can highly recommend!
