We booked the brides cottage for an overnight stay to attend a party.
The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The mixture of furniture suited the place, and the bed was very comfortable. An already loaded wood burning stove was a nice thought.
The Griffin inn itself was a very friendly place for an afternoon drink, and the following days, breakfast was of great quality.
The host was friendly and welcoming. i have rarely felt as comfortable in a pub as I did at this visit. Well done, you have got so much right.

Such a delicious dinner. Our first visit last evening and now looking forward to working my way through the complete menu. Not over priced and cooked to perfection. Well done The Griffin. We have just spent the weekend in Irnham for my birthday and my daughter’s hen do. |We had the most amazing time. The cottage was stunning with everything you could possibly need. Clean, tidy well kept.|We had Friday tea in The Griffin In with family which was delicious. Pork belly starter was so tasty and the steak was perfect. |Fun night and a meal on the Saturday night for Hen do with family and friends. |Again a wonderful meal. |Sunday lunch for a wind down at the end of our stay was relaxed and again a fabulous meal.|Staff were polite, friendly and smiley. |Stunning place to have a weekend away. |Highly recommended.|Thank you for making our weekend.

A fabulous stay in beautiful linking cottages. A hamper of wine, goodies and essentials waiting for us. Open fires, tasteful decor, comfy beds and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were there for a small hen party and we had the best time. A short walk to the pub for an evening meal and beverages, a very fine establishment, can't thank Louise and her super staff enough for the welcome they gave us. Of course, have to mention Sir Jamie, what a welcoming host, from popping into to the cottages with his dogs to see if all was well, then welcoming us into the Griffin. We all had a brilliant weekend.

Great welcome from Jamie, a true hospitality maestro. Great food and excellent service from efficient, polite and patient staff.
Didn't stay over, so can't rate the rooms, but judging by what I saw in the main pub, they should be great.
All round a fun time......

Recently went and stayed in on of the cottage’s for a hen party. Cottage was stunning, well equipped and cosy. It was very clean and the shower was amazing!!!!! The food and the atmosphere in the pub was brilliant. I would definitely recommend to friends and family |Thankyou

We recently stayed in one of the cottages next to the pub for a girls weekend to celebrate our friend getting married, from start to finish was a fantastic weekend. The Griffin Inn pub was wonderful, the food, the service, the atmosphere, the beautiful countryside location & the owners care for detail. Highly recommend
