Absolutely lovely. Arrived after a 6 hour car trip, exhausted. We had the most warmest welcome from Roberto, Our room was large and spotless clean ,plenty of tea, coffee and really nicely laid out. Large window looking out into the gardens, The bed was excellent and comfortable, The shower was very easy to use and the towels, were oh so soft. The staff are the friendliest and professional I have ever come |across. What can I say about the breakfast, freshly cooked , plenty of delicious food every day. |We will be going back to this Clean , comfortable, FRIENDLY hotel in the very near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Roberto, you are a real gem.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them! The hotel is very clean throughout with many separate seating areas with comfortable chairs to relax in. The food was excellent and service brilliant. Bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable with ample tea and coffee replenished daily. We had a wet room which was huge. The gardens are spacious and well maintained with seating to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Overall a most enjoyable stay and we have planned to return very soon. Thanks to everyone at The Grove!!

I returned to The Grove Hotel having had a great stay earlier in the year but this time with my elderly mother. The service we received was second to none. All of the staff were lovely and made a fuss of my mother which she really appreciated. The room was spotless and breakfast was very good too with both my mother and I having full English, which was prepared freshly for us. The location was a stone’s throw from both the beach and the town centre. The parking was said to be on a first come, first served basis but everyone always got parked on site. Well done all at the Grove Hotel with a special thank you to Roberto.

We discovered the Grove Hotel shortly after the covid lockdowns finished, and have visited a couple of times a year ever since. During my working life, I spent a lot of time in and out of some very 'high class' establishments, but none of them felt as warm or welcoming as the Grove. My wife and I are both disabled, and we are made to feel 'at home' from the moment we walk in through the door. Nothing is too much trouble, even though they run on minimum staffing levels. The food (only breakfast is offered) is first rate and the entire place is clinically clean. Every time we have visited, we have met other people who, like us, are repeat visitors, and it's not difficult to understand why. I can't recommend the place highly enough, and we have already booked our next visit!

It's not a bad place to stay. Lovely surrounding sort of French themed.
The room was basic but very, very clean. There is no mould or mildew in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and lounging areas available with an inviting conservatory overlooking a great garden. Garden also leads to other lovely streets with petrol station nearby.

Main beach and pier less than 10 minutes to walk down hill then further walk to west cliff - local buses stops go to stations.

Staff were so great, definitely a worth a stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean and everything you need in room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to town and beach. Great surprise on arrival to be told our room had been upgraded. Many thanks for a delightful stay.Will definitely go back.

We had a very nice stay for the Bournemouth Airshow and would definitely return.
Our room was overlooking the rear garden, which had some road noise, but was pleasant enough and otherwise quiet.
The bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked well. The room was a little tired, but nothing significant.
Breakfast was excellent and the cooked buffet was replenished regularly.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking was fine and is either at the front or rear, with cameras
All good really and a great location for the airshow, beach or promenade.

I have just spent4 nights here with a group of friends from an Association that I belong to. We have stayed at the sister hotel down the road many times before so were lucky enough to know severalm of te staff already. As ever we were looked after very well and all were so friendly and helpfull and coudn't do enough to make our stay so great. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and the food and service were great. I am looking forward to our next visitb in March 2025......Thnak you all,
