Really excellent. A good sized room with a very comfy king size bed. (Multiple duvet thicknesses available!) Nicely decorated and fitted out. Small, but well laid out bathroom with a really excellent shower. Top class wifi signal.||Stairs are steep and narrow so could be a struggle if you are infirm.||The breakfast - left outside your door in a hamper - was excellent. Cereal, croissants and all the trimmings, yogurts, fruit juice, etc, etc.||An excellent village shop is next door and it is open till well into the evening. The Bay Tree Inn is just past that and serves very good food.||Plenty of parking places around the village square.

Had a brilliant stay here while riding the Pennine Bridleway. the whole guesthouse is lovely and the rooms extremely comfortable. The village facilities as mentioned by others are great, particularly pleased with the food and service at the pub next door! We arrived absolutely sodden and made a right mess in the drying area but Dave was nothing but professional and amicable. I definitely want to come back and stay for longer!

Quaint guest house located in the centre of a lovely friendly village. Beautiful and spotless rooms but it's the little things that really make a difference. Double quilt on a single bed, blinds as well as curtains, brew kit and biscuit, iron and ironing board and an alarm clock. I think they thought of everything. Recommendations for the ale and pie & peas at The Crooked Billet and The Village Store next door was a gem, both really friendly and convenient.

Wonderful place. Comfortable. Friendly. Peaceful. Easy access to walks on the moors or visits into town. The owner is a good and friendly man too. And. The owner gives me a room, if available, at a moments notice. Could not wish fir a better service

Snug as a bug after walks in gorgeous countryside and after time in the lovely church opposite. Peaceful and really comfortable nights with lovely hot shower and generous tea and coffee corner. Felt very good to be there, a refuge for us at a sad time. Hope to stay again one day. Great location by the village shop and fantastic breakfast in adjoining Tea Rooms. Highly recommended.

Spent one night at this bed and breakfast, in beautiful Worsthorne village. Dave the owner was most helpful. Rooms, comfy and warm and en suite facilities excellent and very good standard. All bedrooms fitted with a key code, so safe and secure. Breakfast served next door at the tea rooms, homemade cooked full English, was great too. Tea and coffee and biscuits provided and toiletries in the bathroom too. Great little place and very good value for money too.

The perfect place to stay, very clean and well presented. Right in the centre of a very friendly village with easy access to local amenities. Great value for money too. We will definitely be returning. This has become one of our favourite B&B.

After traveling the globe I found that staying at this B&B was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Set in the cozy village of Waterstone, Lancashire, there are trails to walk, landscapes to appreciate, and fun to be had. The staff is friendly and quiet. The proprietor Dave, is respectful and fair and runs a fantastic B&B where one can feel safe and secure. There are bus stops right outside, or one can simly rest on a bench. Enjoy a lovely tea downstairs. I highly recommend this beautiful little gem.
