Visited in October for a birthday and business trip. A well presented boutique hotel perfectly situated in the middle of Bakewell. Modern decor, Dave (the manager) ‘very’ chatty and friendly, our room was a great size with walk-in wet room. Rupert in the bar/restaurant was the best staff member- very Attentive, polite and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Excellent . Downside- no hotel parking but public carpark literally across the road. Will define be returning. Great cheese n Beer/gin shop next door too!

Really loved our stay here. 2 adult, female friends. They upgraded us to a suite. So spacious, great natural light, huge bathroom. Great customer service. Centrally located, restaurants within walking distance. Next to a grocery store. 12 minute drive to Chatsworth House. Sad we only stayed for one night. Will for sure return.

Visited for lunch and sat inside with our 3 dogs. We were given a choice of tables and made welcome by the staff. Within minutes a bowl of water was offered for the dogs. Nice menu so we had jacket potatoes with tuna and salad. Very tasty, prompt service and friendly staff. We stayed for coffee and a slice of delicious lemon drizzle cake. Good position in the town, very clean and will visit again.

Absolutely lovely hotel! The staff were attentive and informative. We stayed in the H Room, it was incredibly spacious, with two seating areas. The bed was a super king and was the best night sleep. Location wise you couldn’t be more central. Breakfast was tasty, we will definitely return. We could not fault it!

Stunning Location in Centre of Bakewell, stopped off for a lovely glass of wine in the sun after a dog walk and stroll around the delightful shops.... Very friendly and welcoming staff, hotel looks beautiful, as does the food being served. Will definately visit again and eat with them! They also have a lively little cake shop attached, a buzzing place to visit!

Wow! This is a most beautiful gem in a fantastic location. Our room was immaculate. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. Loved the fact that oat milk was an option. Would definitely recommend and we will be telling our friends about this establishment. ?

This hotel is second to none in our opinion. The rooms are so beautifully clean and set out amazing . The staff including Helen and the two nicest guys you will get to meet ( Rupert and Olly) were all so friendly and could'nt do enough to make our stay incredible . The outside seating area is great for enjoyin a drink while people watching . We will definitely be going there again . Also the food was stunning .

It is a nice hotel overall. The room was good and spacious. Furniture was new, sheets were new. Hotel restaurant is good. Location is good. Etc.

The thing that can definitely be improved is cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights, our carpet was not very clean already when we arrived and it was not hoovered the day after. Bathroom was quite dirty with black mould in the shower cabin (which looked as recently refurbished, so literally just not cleaned sufficiently). Bathroom floor was dirty at arrival and it was not wiped next day during the room cleaning.
If not for cleaning issues I would give 5.
