Vert friendly clean place excellent value

The bathroom was very cramped and the shower was deplorable. The shower cubicle had mildew all around, didn't drain properly and had almost no pressure.||The (single) bedroom was tiny but was reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable, the radiator worked, the WiFi was free and reliable. The curtains didn't cover the windows.||Can't review the breakfast because it isn't served until 8 and I was long gone by that time.||It is what it is, a cheap, convenient hotel. Don't expect luxury.

last min booking as close to the airport, its ok, its clean the bathroom was shared, it was a little noisy as we were on the ground floor so you could hear people walking in the room upstairs, the toilet flush did not work properly, but it was a comfy bed, the price is right. We didnt opt for breakfast but the dining area looked nice from what i saw passing.

Was expecting a cheap and cheerful hotel having read previous reviews and due to the price. Reception was friendly but first impressions walking in was a poorly maintained shabby house. Some men hanging around the car park which made me feel uncomfortable. My room was on the ground floor next to a shared bathroom. The room was boiling so I switched off the electrical heater straight away. Window gave out on to the car park so I closed the curtains immediately. They were still see through and didn’t cover the window completely. I was going out for a run but wanted to use the toilet before going out and the bathroom was horrendous with urine all over the seat. I went to tell reception and was met with a shrug of the shoulder and “well, men use it too”. I went out for my run and kept thinking how uncomfortable I felt about the place so when I got back I checked out and stayed elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, especially for women travelling alone.

Slightly scruffy place but very clean! Lovely lady welcomed us and the room is cosy. Not a high standard place but it does the job. The building has character and the bathroom is well equipped and clean.|Effort has been put into this place and it shows.|Only complaint is that there isn't any teabags in the room, only coffee.|Would definitely stay again.

It's basic accommodation but the room had been cleaned well before my check in. The reception and staff all seem very friendly and professional. The dining area and kitchen are really clean and well kept. All in all, I'm really pleased with the place.

We stayed here for one night before we flew from Manchester airport. We arrived late and didn't want to lie in due to the room being dirty. The carpet looked like a well used pub carpet. The walls and curtains were stained and the bed, well we slept in our clothes as it didn't seem clean! The bathroom was very worn. We woke up early and left as we didn't want to use any of the facilities for breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel
