Lovely house to stay in for a few days. Clean and tidy. Beds comfy, spacious rooms . Nice Decking area to have a bite to eat. A great barn conversion. Just about everything you could think of was supplied, which a lot of others don't.
The owners were welcoming once we arrived, and we were available in the house next door If we needed anything .
It's only 10 minute walk into chislet ,where there is a nice little church . And lots of footpaths to explore if you are a walker.
Owner has a telescope in the house for guests to use if they want to check out the night skies, had to wait til nearly eleven on a summer's night before we could start to see the stars clearly. And at the time we were there the main features that would have been worth looking at were not above the horizon, however the moon was good to see especially for non astronomers. And for the owner Richard, I have added a photo I took with my mobile phone through the lens.

Lovely few days spent with the family at this beautiful spacious cottage. Ideally located, near many lovely beach towns. Richard (The owner) was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

This was our second time to stay at the hayloft as we liked it so much the first time. It didn't disappoint. I like to walk in the beautiful Kent countryside and I was spoilt for choice. I posted a few pictures on Google. We have a one and a half and 3 and a half year old and the house had everything we needed for them including stair gates and travel cots. They loved "Billy" and "Alfie" the beautiful horses next door. We all enjoyed sitting outside for lunch at the gate inn pub 5 min walk away. We did a trip to reculver which was 5 mins away in the car. I loved the towers and remains of a Roman fort. The kids loved the excellent playground and ice cream shop. Everyone enjoyed going to the beautiful city of Canterbury and visiting the lovely market beside the train station. The owners of the hayloft were wonderful and made us feel at home. Thank you Lyndsey and Richard for another special family holiday.
