Although I was very happy with the end result of my BIAB nails, 2 days after they were completely ruined, have not used any chemical products or anything and they look awful.

Went for my hair done yesterday and was amazed at how comfortable I felt. All staff were lovely, professional and friendly. Amazing spin class by Nicola, my first one and she was so kind and helpful. I felt really comfortable and it was such a good workout! Unfortunately my shift pattern means I won’t be able to do this regularly otherwise I would love too! 1000% recommend the hayloft fitness and Nicola’s spin class! 🙂

My previous poor review has been deleted, but I feel strongly enough at the terrible treatment I received to write another one. Booked for a wedding hair trial in advance and explained that I was a bit nervous about it. The person who cut my hair embarrassed me so much by telling me I should have already known what I wanted, and rudely dismissed my queries that they might have pictures to give ideas. I thought that working out what would suit me and look nice was the purpose of the appointment and trial. She also said she didn't know why I'd been booked to her when she wouldn't be free on the date of my wedding, and so sadly had little interest in doing a good job. Afterwards none of my friends even noticed that I had my hair done, that's how bad it was. I will never go back again for such humiliation and disappointment.

Had facial with Elaine cold plasma treatment, this a very new treatment to give you a lift, Elaine is such a nice,genuine & professional lady, would definitely go again, parking no issues as loads of room on connecting streets, just a Fantastic experience from start to finish, Thanks Elaine x

I had such a bad haircut at another salon and Sheree performed miracles by getting it to look lovely. Will definitely be back. Also great value with an incredibly friendly atmosphere
