Such a lovely experience today with Robyn at The Head Spa. Robyn was so attentive and detailed picking things up in my medical questionnaire. She constantly checked through the treatment to ensure I was comfortable. The treatment itself was very relaxing and enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who wants a bit of hair and scalp TLC or as a gift for friends and family. Just spent a blissful hour with Robyn having a Japanese Head Spa! What a fabulous place! Hair just growing back after having treatment, she was so gentle, so relaxing! My hair feels amazing! I received a head spa voucher for Mother’s Day at Ivy Elizabeth, and it was such a thoughtful and relaxing gift! The entire experience was peaceful and rejuvenating—exactly what I needed. Absolutely brilliant service today for my Japanese Head Massage, from start to finish.
I was made to feel very welcome and the whole experience was extremely relaxing. I've never had a Japanese Head Massage before so didn't know what to expect but I can tell you I will definitely be back for another. The smells from the products used were gorgeous and I left feeling amazing. At the end of the session I was also given lots of information in regards to treatments for sensitive scalps and hair loss and different products that will help as I suffer with both of these.
If you haven't experienced a Japanese Head Massage my advice would be to get booked in. Not only that but I couldn't believe all the other things that was on offer at Ivy Elizabeth, it's a hidden Gem 🫶

What a beautiful relaxing and dreamy treatment from start to finish! Can’t recommend this treatment enough. My hair and scalp feel amazing! I have suffered since having children with thin dry hair, and this treatment has sure helped bring back a healthily feel and look. Emily was amazing and made me feel so relaxed, this is something I will definitely be doing on a regular basis! Thanks again for such a lovely pamper 😍🥰

Wow what can I say. I absolutely LOVED my head spa treatment today at Ivy Elizabeth. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. The room was so inviting and relaxing. I was made to feel very comfortable and it was very professional. The treatment its self was amazing, all the products used smell incredible and have left my scalp and hair feeling revived. I think I may have dropped off to sleep at one point it was that relaxing. I recently had a head spa elsewhere. I won’t name names but I had a really bad experience where I was burnt by steam and did not feel relaxed, if anything it was uncomfortable. But Robyn at the head spa has restored my faith and I can’t wait for my next treatment with her. Not only is she professional, she knows her stuff and really cares and tailors your treatment. She is a really professional and an all round lovely lovely person.

Today I had my first Head Spa treatment with Robyn and it was better than expected. The treatment space is beautiful and made me feel instantly relaxed, especially with the heated blanket. The treatment was absolutely wonderful, the products smelt amazing and the scalp massages felt incredible. It was exactly what I needed, I left feeling completely de-stressed! Had the most relaxing head spa with Emily tonight. From start to finish I was looked after and the head spa was amazing. I was relaxed and lay in this beautiful tranquil room under a heated blanket. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried this before and loves a pamper. I will definitely be back x
