I had Myofascia release therapy with Lucy and it was amazing! Lucy is always warm and welcoming! This massage released so much for me. I have been struggling with some stress headaches and haven't had a sign of one since. Lucy really knows her stuff and took the time to explain what each area is related too! Lucy is the kindest soul who truly cares about you getting the right treatment to meet your individual needs. With various health ailments she guided me in to making the right choice of treatment for me.

I go to Lucy regularly and won’t go anywhere else. Purely because she has magic in her hands and she makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am quite an anxious person and she makes you feel at ease from the start. The place is so welcoming too!

I have had lymphatic drainage massage and facial and deep tissue. The Indian head massage is out of this world, with hot stones.

I also have the myofascia release therapy now and it’s a game changer wow. Letting go of so much stress and trauma

I have a full body lymphatic drainage massage this week with Lucy and it was amazing. Different to other massages as it is less pressure but very relaxing. I felt so good after too, I will definatley be going back.
I have been back and had the Myofascial Energy Release massage. This is to help release trauma and stress and is deep tissue massage. I could feel my body releasing in certain areas and Lucy was really good at asking if the pressure was OK and that I didn't have any pain. I came away feeling lighter. I would highly recommend this treatment.
