I recently moved to the area and was looking for a regular massage to support my ongoing healthcare journey & exercise routine.

I reached out to Louise about a sports massage and promptly booked one. It was an easy process and I was able to get a time that suited me.

Louise was very knowledgeable about physiology and lifestyle as well as being friendly during treatment.

The massage itself was what I wanted: deep, firm and thorough. However I asked for treatment on the sterner end of things; Louise offered to tailor the treatment to my needs.

Today I had my first Lymphatic Drainage massage at The Health Practice.
What a lovely experience from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist and then I was taken through for my massage by my therapist Loki.
Nothing was too much trouble, the room was warm and cosy and the massage was amazing it was all I could ask for and more. An added plus was that the bed also felt warm because of an under the bed heater, I had hot towels on my feet and I was thoroughly pampered.

I have been going to the Health Practice for years now once a month for a lymphatic massage with Sarah. She started helping me with some fluid retention and now has seen me through my post surgery recovery multiple times a week. She has played a crucial role in my health in the last few years and through all this I consider her a friend and love chatting with her through my sessions. I absolutely recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience at this practice
My mother needed wax removing from her ears. Dawn was both professional, and caring, and put my mother at ease before and during the treatment. She made sure my mother was comfortable, and showed what she was doing all the way through. We came away very happy, and would thoroughly recommend for the excellent service, and very good price.

Experienced Reflexology for the first time after it being recommended by my Mother-in-law.
Loki was fantastic. I felt so relaxed that I was able to doze.
Her work did the trick - I slept that night better than I'd done in a long while.
