My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in March to walk part of The Berwickshire Coastal Path. The Home Arms Guest House was conveniently located, spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view to the sea and an excellent, freshly cooked, breakfast. Eyemouth is a convenient location for the Berwickshire coast and The Borders countryside with a choice of places to eat in the evenings. There is free parking in the car park just outside the front door and a Co-op opposite. Recommended.

It is situated directly opposite the car park and the Co-op so its location cannot be bettered. Our room was an acceptable size albeit the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but not a big problem. There is a lounge to relax in. It's self-check in and breakfast is served by staff who open up in the morning. Breakfast was okay and the staff do a tremendous job of running it so smoothly.

Lovely stay, perfect location and very clean , highly recommend, perfect stop off on our way to Edinburgh |Free parking across the road from the hotel, lovely size room, we had a sea view 😀|Would definately stay again if we were in the area |Can’t comment on the breakfast as we skipped it for an early start

I visited Scotland over the summer with my husband and two teenage sons, we stayed at 9 different accommodations and this was number two on our list. Maybe it rated so highly because it was the beginning of our trip and it’s exciting to be off work and enjoying life with your family or maybe it’s because it just suited our family unit and needs. I only drop a star because two of us were desperate for the loo after our journey, we bumped into another guest outside the guesthouse who’d been granted early check in (it was 2.30pm and check-in was 3pm) but we were denied. There is no reception, I spoke to a lady on the intercom who wasn’t overly friendly or accommodating. Toilets at car park were out of use, we had to find a pub.
Opposite the guesthouse is a Co-op which was extremely convenient as we like a local shop, the car park was free and that’s where we parked during our stay.
Our room was big and airy, a sea view out the window and tea/coffee making facilities. Our beds were four singles and were comfortable, we all enjoyed a good nights sleep and a morning walk along the seafront. Breakfast was basic but very enjoyable.
We enjoyed Eyemouth very much, we loved the seals in the harbour, particularly Lucy whom the boys fed fish too and the Black Friday sculpture/history and Lough’s Home Bakery.

A nice size room which was very clean. We were served good breakfasts both days we stayed there with other travelers who were very friendly. Some rooms have a view of the North Sea across the street. There is also a convenience store a few steps away. Check in was at 3:00.

We stayed in room 3 which is on the 1st floor and has a wonderful view of the sea/Harbour. The room was fresh and very clean with a comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was also very nice. The cleaner was very pleasant (didn't catch her name). Great location with a Co-op shop across the road and plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance.

We arrived after midnight and used the code we had been sent to get into the hotel and our room. It was a nice big room overlooking the seafront- and Eyemouth Coop.|We had parked in the large public car park in front of the hotel. It was a surprise that people were walking past the hotel and chatting up to 3 am. But we had a good sleep and a nice breakfast next morning. It's convenient for everything in Eyemouth.
