Very good place to stay, fair price, very helpful Owners

Lovely room, clean and spacious. I was facing out the back which blocked the noise of the road. The floors were a bit slopey in places but that was fine. The ceilings also which, at 5ft 11, were a bit hazardous but I was at work for almost 12 hours a day so didn’t affect me too much. The only thing I wished was in the room was a full length mirror as there was only one above the sink and if I stood on tiptoes I banged my head on the ceiling slope. Other than that perfect! There was a fridge in my room and a fridge and freezer downstairs which were available to use. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you needed including washing machine and tumble dryer. Landlords were lovely and parking over the road. There’s a little Asda a minute walk up the road and a Chinese across the road. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in swaffom.

Great hospitality, very clean. The welcome was really great, we had issues parking but the owner helped and was great. The room was spacious, warm and very clean. Mattress very comfortable. Bathroom immaculate. We had a family room. If my children were younger it would have been perfect for a family also.||We didn't have breakfast however could have just we don't do breakfast. Coffee facilities and a fridge in the bedroom. I have no worries about staying here again. ||The only issue we had was we could hear all the conversations from the room below in the morning word for word. However is an old and quirky building. Just woke me up that's all.||Worth a visit 100%....terrific owner!

On the way over our taxi driver was telling us how bad this place was and that it had homeless people come in.. but homeless doesn't equal bad. I would definitely call it a hostel rather than a hotel though. The staff were nice enough, well the one man we saw I don't know if anyone else was there but he showed us to room, showed how shower worked as they have low water pressure and showed us what to have in kitchen. Slept well enough but could do with quite a big upgrade and better cleaning. My bedside drawer had old tobacco sprinkled in it and it was very dark lighting making it feel depressing. I would actually come back but only if desperate as you can get a lot more for same price in other places

Such a lovely little guest house. We were welcomed into the guest house as if we were staying with family friends. Everything you could want and more for a family trip. Our room was spotless and very spacious. A lovely full size family bathroom with over bath shower. Plenty of towels and spare pillows if needed. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even bottles of water were available. There was also a fridge in our room which was amazing as we could make drinks up for the next day and they would be lovely and cold (there was also a small freezer section to re-freeze our cool blocks). We will definitely be back again and this will now be our place to stay when visiting family in the area.

Really warm and welcoming place for a night stay. They even have a kitchen you can use if you like. The landlord was very nice and helpful when we arrived and the long stay guests very friendly and helpful too. Had a lovely stay.

The decent room we got with quite fair rent. It's a family owned BnB. There's self-catering for all the residents. I'm updating the review after coming and staying here for about 4 months.
