Firstly apologies it's taken a couple of weeks to write our review but we wanted to check everything continued to first class which of course it has.

Let's start with the pre sales Service Sam was excellent. Answered what we wanted to know and gave us a bit more information. But unlike other hot tub companies he didn't go in for the major sales pitch which personally I find very off putting. There was a slight delay on getting delivered but that was due to issues our end but Sam took it in his stride and it wasn't an issue for him. If your looking for a hot tub rep to advise without being bombarded with an intense sales pitch Sam is defo you man.

Delivery was nice and smooth and the installation team specifically Lee were very friendly and helpful.

As for the tub we got it's as promised "Amazing". Purchasing one of these for any household isn't a small investment so it's nice to of found a company that lets it's staff treat it's customers how they would want to be treated and they have a product does exactly what it's supposed to.

Without shadow of a doubt we would recommend.

We bought our hot tub from this company in September 2018. It doesn't have a lot of use but I've always followed the dosing and maintenance instructions carefully, getting an engineer to close it down for us and open it up again. In 2021 it needed a new pump - £600 plus which came with a year's guarantee. In 2022 we shut it down for a year because of the cost of electricity. The engineer opened it up again for us this spring. It has started tripping the electric and the engineer came and said we need another new pump - £700 this time, plus his call out fee. 2 new pumps in 5 years is an added expense to owning a hot tub that we weren't expecting. I believe that an item this expensive should have a longer guarantee period - perhaps 5 years. Not a happy customer.

Fab product and an amazing customer service.
My wife contacted The hot tub and swim spa company for a quote, after going to another company, and we were invited to visit the showroom for a trial which was nice. We chose a swim spa after getting advice from Christina, and proceeded to complete the purchase after over a year of waiting by the company for us to be ready. I must mention Christina gave us the best price for the product, in comparison to other quotes we had already gotten. Theo was very understanding, and gave us options on groundworks etc, when he visited to survey the site, and Gill kept communications open all the time. Delivery was arranged seamlessly, and swim spa was delivered by Lee ,who also installed the swimspa and gave us all the instructions and advice in detail. He was detailed friendly and very informative.
