I have been coming to House of Beauty for the past 6 months. Aimee always does a fab job with my brows and lashes, and she’s such a lovely girl. I have also had facials and massages here, and I always have such a lovely experience.

Fantastic long lasting gel nails! I had my finger & toenails done by the lovely Lisa. It's a lovely salon & such a great selection of gel colours to choose from - fab product too as these lasted 3 weeks!

I booked for nail extensions. texted the team am 7am to say my husband has been taken to hospital in ICU. Bleed on the brain, not sure if they took this seriously. I received a text 7 hours or so later asking for payment and the policy (wow). I could have got someone to take my place.
I appreciate the cancellation policy in place but the execution of this needs some attention with staff. Made me pay £50 in which I did, but offered me no products, next day I received an apology and offered me a polish etc. when does this ever happen and I live practically next door to house of beauty, would of been nice to offer me half of refund as I genuinely went in to pay, while my husband day 20 is still fighting for his life.

Have my nails done every two weeks. Always professionally done and time taken to make sure they are perfect.
Always patient when I can't decide on a colour.
All staff are helpful and friendly.
If for any reason Ive chipped or the shellac has come off I have managed to get an appointment to have it replaced free of charge.
I've had facials and massages and have always been happy. My husband has had a few massages for a bad back and finds they really help.
Shannon has just joined the team and there are a few offers in which I hope to try out. So watch out for the offers.
Offers are on probably every few months and worth taking advantage of.
Would highly recommend.

Jo and the team do an amazing job, their treatments are always something more than just visiting a salon. I have all my beauty done here and have been going to Jo for nearly 15 years and receive the best service every time. They also do a variety of beauty products and are very knowledgeable about what they sell, so whatever your beauty needs, The House of Beauty has it

Came here to have a file and a polish and the girl who did my nails made an absolute mess of them, first she'd applied multiple coats to my toenails while the polish was still wet so it made them look smudged and only when I pointed this out did she start again, she then painted my finger nails and they looked fab but on closer inspection she had missed the edges and just painting in the middle. I ended up removing the nail varnish and reapplying it myself at home. Also they didn't have a nail polish drying equipment so I had to sit there for ages waiting for it to dry and it still ended up smudging! Would NOT recommend this place.

Always come here for my eyebrows waxing.
This time had gel on fingers and toes ready for my holidays.
Super impressed as two weeks later I'm back from my holidays with my nails looking just as beautiful as the day I had them done!!
