I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Ella, and even though she’s a graduate stylist, her skills and attention to detail are far beyond that. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I felt like I was in the hands of a seasoned professional! Ella’s passion and talent truly shine through in her work. I’m so impressed with the results, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdressing experience!

Loving my new hair after my appointment today! I had a great experience. After trying a few different salons lately and feeling a bit discouraged, I finally found the right one. Andrew was fantastic - clearly very knowledgeable and really understood what I wanted, everyone was friendly. I felt at ease straight away and left feeling so much better!

What a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived for my first appointment today, the whole place just felt like it had a really nice atmosphere.
James did a fantastic job of my highlights. He was very friendly and professional, explaining what he was going to do, and what products he would be using. He's very easy to talk to as well... if you like to chat, like i do!
Then Vanessa cut and styled my hair. She also was very lovely and friendly. I have to say her professionalism was second to none. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained how she was going to achieve it.
I am so pleased with the results. She really did nail it!

I have been going to The House of Hair since it first opened in Bletchley and I always receive such amazing service. My hairdresser Vanessa is brilliant and has really helped me with the health of my hair. They are brilliant and really know their knowledge about all things hair!!

Absolutely ruined my hair!
I had been dyeing my hair with black box dye for about 4 years but decided I wanted to go to a more medium brown.
My hair was fully bleached by House of hair Bedford 3 times within 4 months, leaving my hair so damaged and broken!
I put all my trust in them as I have no experience with hair. I used every shampoo, conditioner and mask they recommended but nothing could fix the damage.
My hair has been continuously snapping ever since February 2024.
In total I must have lost 10inches + of hair.
I contacted House of Hair on Instagram where I was given an appointment with the company owner Drew.
I later explained on Instagram how urgent this issue was to me and how much money I have put into my hair and this company (over £1,500) however I was called unkind and had my appointment taken away from me? Which felt like a punishment for expressing my unhappiness in their service.
I then received petty, unprofessional and quite rude messages from them.
I was told to contact their company email, which I did however they still continued to message me petty remarks on Instagram.
I stated in my email I would happily show any Instagram messages that had been exchanged to prove I was not rude.
Less than 5 minutes later their instagram messages were deleted? Funny that.

I urge everyone to think before booking in with this salon.
My hair is ruined, it has cost me a fortune and when I’ve sought help I have been met with petty, cocky and unhelpful remarks.

I have attached some images. One is my long hair before any appointment with House of Hair the others are the breakage I have been left to deal with.

Vanessa was very chatty and very knowledgeable. I felt totally at ease the whole time I was at the salon; it certainly didn't feel like my first time there.
Nice upbeat music, quite spacial, so plenty of room to relax & beverages were offered.
I've come away with a decent trim, a great wash etc, loads of advice re how to treat my hair & a new appointment already booked.

I’ve been seeing Hayden for 5 years in total before the salon and now in the salon and he is always caring, listens to what you want done and is an amazing hairdresser and person! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have been every colour and the colour I have had recently is just amazing he done such a good job! Always get compliments after having my hair cut weather it’s a cut colour or just a simple blow dry
