Had one night in a pleasant single room here. Yes room is small but fine just to sleep in. Excellent value for money, |Friendly staff. |Nice to have the option of an opening window and natural light or a very powerful air conditioner / heating. Bed was super comfortable albeit small. Reception staff welcoming and v efficient. TV but didn't use. Small desk with teas and coffee. Small hanging area.|Bathroom small but had all I needed and shower was warm and reasonably powerful. Hand and rain shower but would prefer if hand shower was also on an angled bracket so could use that as main shower as I find rain showers are not powerful enough. Towels and shower gel provided.|All very clean and well decorated. Excellent nights sleep and v quiet. |5 to 10 mins walk from Kings Cross St Pancras

Solo female travers be warned.

I was staying in the hotel as I was attending a conference for work on Friday. When at a little after 8am on Friday morning the male housekeeping “accidentally” let himself into my locked room.
For clarity I was checked in for 3 nights from Thursday. Checkout is 10:30am. The door is swipe card access only and I had double turned the lock on the inside of the door.
This is the first time it’s happened to me in all my travels all over the world (trust it to happen in London). I do not buy that this was an accident as management put it.
Stay safe peeps. Would not recommend and my employer will not be using this hotel again.

Clean room, super comfy bed, great bathroom, helpful front desk staff. Can't ask for much more at this price.

Kings Cross location is great too, short walk to the station / some restaurants.

Have taken two stars off because the fire alarm went off early almost every single morning, waking me in the process. Laundry services were also unavailable due to a broken washing machine.

Stayed here for one night on a Tuesday in August, booking directly through the hotel's website. The room and ensuite were very clean, the bed was comfy, and the aircon was great. Breakfast was generous and enjoyable, especially for £7. We've stayed in a couple hotels in Kings Cross over the years and we would return and stay here again. If your looking for somewhere that is safe, clean, and affordable this is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and they looked after our bags the next morning after we checked out, letting us collect them later in the day. A good find I'm happy to recommend.

The hotel offered good value for money. The single room was small, but adequate. The guy on reception was very pleasant and helpful - so much so that when I went for a beer it was on the house. Didn't need breakfast, but it looked quite good. Would happily return for another stay.

Great hotel, fantastic location. Really helpful staff. It’s not a luxury hotel but well equipped for the price point. Rooms air conditioned, mine was facing main road without double glazing so some road noise and no blackout blinds. Not an issue for me but a good improvement for others I suspect.

The room is tiny. However that apart everything was really good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower one of the best I have ever had. The reception staff were just delightful and so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic value for money.|I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone on a budget.

Central location, 7 minutes walk from St Pancras Station.
I got there late after a long day in and around London. The short time I was there, Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable.
The Only thing is check out ime is 10.30am, a little earlier than other places I stayed before. I'm happy with my stay, and would recommend it.
