Excellent and very friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean with a big comfy bed. After a long drive we opted for room service for our meal which was delivered quickly and delicious. Breakfast good too! Great location in Central London, with many of the well known sites within walking distance.

This hotel was so nice. I had the Cozy room. It is small but big enough for maybe two people with small luggages. It was perfect for me as I went solo. The hotel was a block away from The metro or Tube. Transportation was in walking distance. Upon walking in, the decor was beautiful, filled with people in the lobby at the small cafe. The room was cozy, clean and cute. I loved the bathroom with the shower head. I slept comfortably each night. The pillows were a bit soft but that didn't bother me. I recommend this place as it was close to anywhere you needed to go.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hoxton Southwark for 6 days and everything about the hotel was excellent. The 24/7 front desk was so friendly and helpful. Water, tea and coffee were available all day. The lobby was always hopping with 2 bars, tables and comfortsble seating areas. The rooftop restaurant and bar is beautiful and the food is delicious. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and everything is super clean. The Hoxton exceeded my expectations!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall we had a great stay and the rooftop bar/dining was really lovely. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable and there was a clothes steamer which was super helpful.

We also had drinks in the bar downstairs which were delicious, however our waiter wasn't overly friendly or helpful and when we spotted a mouse in the hotel, no one seemed to be shocked or bothered about it. I appreciate that this might happen from time to time but it's not something you expect to see in an eating and drinking space, and you'd also expect staff to be more apologetic that it's something you've encountered during your stay.

Otherwise, all other staff were friendly and happy to help. We also ordered room service for breakfast which was OK, I wouldn't rush to order it again but it was perfect for a quick breakfast on the day of check out.

First time at a Hoxton. We stayed for a bit of our honeymoon, mentioned that to the front desk and received a welcomed upgrade. We did not know what to expect at this hotel and we loved it. Well appointed, cool, trendy, intentional and comfortable. Also, the front desk service was impeccable. Well done. We will return!

Our stay was perfect from the welcome, to the service, the comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness, the design of the hotel, the incredible breakfast and especially the kindness of the staff. We recommend and will come back for sure! Also the location is perfect ! ||||The Seabird restaurant on the roof top is simply incredible, my boyfriend and I want to thank Charlie who welcomed us even late for a last drink with a smile and so mutch attentive to our needs! Stylish Interior and friendly staff (especially Kennedy who was our bartender at the Seabird bar). The quality of their food and drink was also exceptional. Normally i do not like to eat and drink at hotels, but this was an exception. Their breakfast was amazing, and their cocktails at their bars were awesome.

Beautiful rooms, stunning design, delicious food and an incredibly welcoming staff for our entire stay. Wonderful recommendations and conversation with Waldi in the Seabird bar. Great location for a first timer to London. Highly recommend the Hoxton all around!
