We had a lovely two bedroom apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. There is a nice sitting room with kitchenette. The location is convenient, but on Friday night, there were very loud parties on both sides of the apartment until late. (We were in apt. 1). The bedrooms and bathroom are up a steep narrow staircase within the apartment. Finally, they are not able to store luggage for before check-in or after check-out. This was an issue for us since we arrived in the morning, before the 3pm check-in and didn't leave Canterbury until after the 11 am check-out.

Really good venue in the heart of the City. We were in Rm 4. Great mattress, stylish decor and furnishings and very clwan and modern bathroom with powerful and spacious shower.

First time visitor to The Hugo, would definately use again. 5*

Wonderful hotel, very stylish and clean. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms, however this did not compromise on quality and cleanliness. Ben was also wonderful and very generous with me. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and would very much recommend if you are staying over in Canterbury. The rooms are very peaceful and the bed is extremely comfortable and offers an excellent nights sleep. The rooms are well equipped with a decent quality coffee machine. Clearly there has been an attention to detail as the en-suite has low level mood lighting and a good quality shower. Will definitely be back

Very central. Lots of lovely little touches. Easy to find and loved the location. Would recommend. Was warm and welcoming. Perfect location for a night away. Came for the Christmas markets and enjoyed every minute. Noise wasn’t an issue for us.

Lovely room in the centre of Canterbury for a Saturday night. One of the smaller rooms but very nicely presented with modern decor and very clean. Easy to access and found free parking only 5 mins away on the roads as the parking restrictions were Mon -Sat 9am - 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:30pm on Saturday so this was perfect for us. Would definitely book again.

Difficult to judge- very centrally located, no parking on location. On the other hand, paid parking is 5 min away. Nice details in room, the lights, nespresso machine, wooden doors. Very narrow. Warm. Clean. Loads of places to eat within 5 min walking. Easy access with code.
