I stayed three nights at The International as part of a large (50+) choir group. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and invigorating. Breakfast was more than adequate, with three hot items (bacon, scrambled egg, beans) readily available and plenty of other options too. Above all, the staff were superb - friendly, attentive and helpful. I was very impressed and would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Upon arrival an absolutely lovely young lady checked us in and gave us our key cards. The interior of the hotel downstairs is lovely, very clean and lovely, comfy chairs and sofas to sit in. Our room was plenty spacious for 2 people and had plenty off sockets and lighting. Everything was clean. The bed was so comfy, I actually slept all night, which I never do at home! We plan to visit again for a weekend in warmer weather with our 2 granddaughters and take them to the zoos and parks not far from the hotel. |The staff were all lovely, helpful and polite and very cheerful. Great hotel, great staff good location! Keep up the good work that you do guys!

We stayed for one night while visiting Telford .
The room was excellent , clean and spacious.
The bathroom was perfect , again clean and spacious with a shower .
The breakfast was amazing , plenty of items for the continental style and the cooked items were satisfying and tasty .
We were welcomed by Matt , who looked after us during our stay . Matt is so friendly , polite and helpful , nothing was too much trouble .
Thank you to all the team who made our experience a really enjoyable occasion .

Absolutely fantastic, wonderful

We requested a cot, pre arrival they confirmed it, we arrived it was there in the room with sheets on it, a spare sheet and a small towel, nice touch we've never had that before at hotels.

Check in easy , very friendly, and polite. We here placed on the ground floor, which was great with a pram. Thank you.

There's a nice seating area with muisc in the lobby and a bar with spirits and bottles, only there's lots of choice.

Rooms are very clean,a high standard, and very comfortable beds.

Tea and coffee with biscuits are available in room, only thing was there was no de cafe tea, but that's not really a problem.

Blinds and blackout curtains, so the room is very dark when closed and very quiet too. There wasn't an event on next door, so that may of helped.

Good choice of pillows, too. Tv in good location opposite bed , plenty of plug sockets and USB too.

The bathroom had a hand wash and shower gel, and the shower was hot and powerful.

Breakfast is brilliant and the description doesn't do it justice, scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, toast , full continental, lots of fresh fruits, coffee , tea , juices cereal etc good vaule indeed and the breakfast staff are really friendly and helpful.

Parking available for free , there's a restaurant in the holiday inn or there's plenty of choice just a 6 min walk away in the main centre. Train station 15 mins away bus station 15 minutes away. Walk to town very easy definitely recommend leaving car at hotel.

We enjoyed it so much we booked a 2nd night and were able to stay in the same room, which was helpful.

We have just returned from 3 days at this hotel which was ideal for Conference Centre just other side of car park and walking distance to shopping and restaraunts.Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was included (which we weren't expecting) couldn't be faulted cereals, fresh fruit,yoghurt,jams juices,toast crossaints.hot foods.as much tea and coffee as you needed.Staff so pleasant and helpful and big thank you to MATT who was very helpful and he suggested visiting the Zoo which was across the car park and within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our day there. Looking forward to revisiting next time. Would definitely recommend the International Hotel.

Visiting friends nearby we came with another couple, on arrival checked in by lovely friendly receptionists, we were all on the first floor, on inspection room was beautiful and immaculate plenty of space and plug sockets! As we were only using for the night we found it perfect for our stay, bar prices are a bit steep tho that was only problem! Back of the hotel go up steps and across car park, 5-10 mins walk ideal for shops and eating places and nearby zoo and park, breakfast was simple but nice and hot, fruit collection and continental, scrambled eggs, bacon and beans (would have preferred Tin tomatoes but that’s my choice!) it’s simple and effective and hot so really enjoyed it, I found the room quite warm and couldn’t get the air con to work (should have asked but wasn’t in there long enough to moan about!) bed was super comfortable and slept like logs, all in all a lovely stay and we will definitely be back hopefully with the grandkids to explore many things nearby, Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel right next to the Exhibition centre. Overall rooms service etc as what you would expected from a large hotel chain. Only downside was lack of bar/social area, which is little better in the hotel next door.
